Order through doordash and our order was correct on the slip but all wrong in the bag... my child can't eat beans and everything in the bag had beans in it. Go to call and no one answered the phone

Check your order before driving off. Pissed about not having chicken on my cantina bowl and service was not great. Also didn't know you can't add anything to your order at the window...I only asked for chips and cheese it's not like they had to make it. šŸ˜’ I got my one freebie I guess. Also wasn't too impressed with the bowl. Didn't get a receipt either. This is my second time getting 1 star service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on....maybe Moe's across the street!!

Told you don’t have the double decker but are advertising it and was told you had to charge to put lettuce on the side for tacos….. your night staff at this location never stop amazing me with the lack of proper brand standards. Your crew needs an unannounced visit from your brand inspectors as they can’t take any orders without asking people to ā€œcome back in a couple minutesā€

You be better off being closed then paying this crew.

I bought 3 Veg Mex Pizzas for my kids. Crazy bitter test, I noticed bitter taste from shield of pizza, they use expired shied Also I ordered veg but they put chicken piece in it.I threw all of them.

My gf has celiacs, not usually a problem at TB —we just ask that they change gloves. They said they don’t have wheat anywhere in the store.. flour is wheat. They argued with us about it through the drive-thru. Then they said they ran out of beef. We said we’d wait, the TB girl gave us a sarcastic laugh, ā€œyou wanna wait 30 mins for 5 tacos?ā€. We said we’d leave and she laughed and gave a sarcastic ā€œgod blessā€. Just wow.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The people working here have always been very friendly and I have never had my order messed up, coming here pretty consistently for over a year. The food is always made extremely well and the portions are perfect. I will definitely be continuing to get food here.

So I'm not in NYC. I'm in Shrewsbury MA. Google and the app said this location is open by drive thru till 1am. It's 12:16am in Shrewsbury MA and they aren't open. I'm NOT a Taco bell/KFC fan. I've come to this location maybe 3 times in the past 5 years. But of course the first time in a very, very long time I'm told (at 12:18am) they aren't open and I missed the chance by 18 minutes. This is seriously ridiculous. Something needs to change. An honesty it's the hours of the place. As I sit here, now 19 minutes past closing I've seen 10 cars drive through who, like me thought they were open. Whoever owns this franchise building needs to so something. You've lost at minimum 100$ profits. Now calculate that to a week, month, year, 5 years, 10 years. Something needs to change. Do it NOW not later.

Went through drive thru tonight with my friend and the guy taking the order/working the window was super rude. Got our order wrong and then continued to ignore us at the window. Luckily he had Linus working with him. Linus was super sweet and came over to the window to make sure that not only our order was correct but also wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the service we got. We explained to him what had happened and he told the other worker that his attitude wasn’t cool and then proceeded to make sure we got our correct order. Shout out to Linus for making this experience better, y’all are lucky to have him.

By far the best kfc/taco bell in the worcester /shrewsbury area. Food is on point and this one seems to have specialty items more often then the others. Right now they got the chizza . So I'm back a couple weeks later tried the chizza it's good reminds me of chicken parm. So we treid the spicy chicken sandwich again and they are as good as last time on point, hot, crispy and spicy. Compared to Chic-Fil-A spicy chicken sandwich more flavor and only 79cent more worth the drive.
