The chicken tenders were gross, very thin layer of breading on reheated chicken. A burrito that doesnt have onions in its recipe randomly had onions in and was disgusting. The hard chupla taco was over cooked and was supposed to be a soft taco. The servers don't pay attention to the customers. The cups were dirty.
The tables were gross and dirty. The entire drink area was disgusting (trash everywhere, no straws, barley any covers). Its over expensive for an absolute horid experience.

Look at the soda machine. I lost count of the flies. Food went into the trash. Workers didnt acknowledge and only said use kiosk to order.

Not sure what is going on with the pot pies. But I never got one without any gravy in it. This one tastes like it is the breading on the chicken with more pepper and is dried out. The one I got before was only about half filled. As it's a bit cold today I'd figure that a pot pie would be good. Not today.

Love love LOVE this Taco Bell/KFC. The people who work here are fantastic and are the reason I come back. I work in the area and regularly visit the food places around but this one of the only stores where the workers know who I am from my regular visits. They are so friendly and kind, especially the young lady works the window seemingly every single day. Thank you for fire sauce and wedge recommendation ;)

One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. The tortillas were falling apart, the cheesy Gordita crunch had no cheese on it, they forgot the sauce for one of the tacos and it was just all around awful.

There is always a wait of 15 to 30min. Never got there and got my order in any less time.
Insanely slow at ALL points of the day! I have it this spot at different times and always was told to go park in a parking lot to wait for my food. I have waited over 30 mins before getting my food

Yesterday we brought dinner of 3 Mexican pizza. Out of those, 2 pizza shells were extremely bad taste and looks like made long back and expired. It was having very bad taste so I was about to throw out. One pizza was as expected. So looks like they are mixing old not used fried pizza shells with fresh ones. So you are lucky if you get good one. I have this same experience from many Taco Bell restaurants and that is reason I heat to buy even I like pizza. And all other items including Pizza was made in so much rush, it was missing one or other ingredients. Crunch rap was also made horrible without cheese.
