Such a great experience at the Ground Round in Shrewsbury! nostalgic décor and upbeat, family-friendly vibe made it even better. The French Dip sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the staff — from the hostess to the waitstaff — were all so friendly and welcoming. Loved the atmosphere, the food, and the building itself. I’ll definitely be back!

A li'l disappointing. The wait was reasonable for a Wednesday - it was crowded! Menu choices were good - we enjoyed pretzel bites (logs!). Our burgers took a loooooooong time to arrive. The food was OK. We weren't offered popcorn (!) or soda refills. The prices were very reasonable. Fun place to bring the kids or grandkids. We probably will not be returning.

Our waitress Jenny was excellent. My surf and turf special and the lobster bisque was outstanding. My husband's ribs were ok. We each had appetizers, entrees and dessert. L

Finally got to go to ground The Ground Round in shrewsbury Mass. My good friend lives 3 mins away from here. where do I start. We got there at 5pm there was allready 45 min wait. However, myself. My friend and her daughter we waited it out we played the corn hole . The host, super nice smiling took my name. Finally, we were called in, we were seated right next to the tv , tom and Jerry was on. Fr the decor on walls the Cabin log wood look and the feel and the huge fireplace brings back memories from when I was a kid. The music and atmosphere was amazing . 
Our waitress Nicole, amazing ! She helpful, loved that she told us her fav meal, suggest some things. Talked with us, legit felt like family did not rush us asked we needed anything else, got us more popcorn. (Love the popcorn machine ).
For app we got steak and cheese egg rolls. These are great , crispy egg rolls filled with enough cheese and steak and pepper and onions . Amazing ranch dressing to dip.
For meals - Myself- I got the 1/2 ribs with steak tips . The bbq sauce on it was amazing sweet not spicy not over kill. They fell right off the bone . The tips were cooked just way I like them Med well. Little pink. 2 sides green beans so fresh nicely cooked and broccoli perfectly cooked and fresh with little butter . I had a salad with Italian dressing really great.
My friend had a southwest taco shell salad . Holy moly it was huge and delicious
Her daughter had the 4 cheese bake Mac and cheese cheesy and filling !
Dessert the lava cake . So yummy, delicious we all shared it .
The owner came to us and we chatted with her so nice and friendly . Thanks us and hope to see us again. !

Absolutely delicious food and worth the wait. I recommend getting there early to be seated right away. We arrived at 3:45 and the line was already 40 people deep and thought no big deal so we waited in the car but within 5 minutes there was another 20+ people. I’m not complaining at all, I love watching a business thrive and be successful and now I know to arrive early to get a table promptly. The appetizers were perfect, we had calamari and mozzarella moons and they were so delicious. My entree of steak tips with mash and I opted for a side Caesar over the green beans was amazing! The Caesar came out late and was there at the same time as my entree but I get it that while you’re busy, stuff happens. We had 3 desserts for the table, the kids had a sundae and chocolate lava cake while we split the cinnamon dippers and we all were in love with these desserts. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy another perfect meal!

First time today to try to eat at the new Ground Round North Grafton .We waited in line with the crowd to get in right at 4 pm as it was opening. We waited an additional 45 minutes and left disgusted and turned in the buzzer . The blond hair lady and brunette young lady did nothing. Not even asking what happened.You had a party of 10 people. Five people and could not seat two adults. While we were waiting they blasted the music. Extremely disappointed. There needs to be a better set up as people wait. Bad experience. More seats are needed.

My family and I went here yesterday for Mother’s Day, let me just say…it was so worth it! They even gave out roses for all the mothers, I thought that was really sweet! They also serve free fresh popcorn! The food was phenomenal, amazing portion sizes too. Our waitress was so sweet. Please come here, it is amazing!
