Absolutely delicious food and worth the wait. I recommend getting there early to be seated right away. We arrived at 3:45 and the line was already 40 people deep and thought no big deal so we waited in the car but within 5 minutes there was another 20+ people. I’m not complaining at all, I love watching a business thrive and be successful and now I know to arrive early to get a table promptly. The appetizers were perfect, we had calamari and mozzarella moons and they were so delicious. My entree of steak tips with mash and I opted for a side Caesar over the green beans was amazing! The Caesar came out late and was there at the same time as my entree but I get it that while you’re busy, stuff happens. We had 3 desserts for the table, the kids had a sundae and chocolate lava cake while we split the cinnamon dippers and we all were in love with these desserts. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy another perfect meal!

First time today to try to eat at the new Ground Round North Grafton .We waited in line with the crowd to get in right at 4 pm as it was opening. We waited an additional 45 minutes and left disgusted and turned in the buzzer . The blond hair lady and brunette young lady did nothing. Not even asking what happened.You had a party of 10 people. Five people and could not seat two adults. While we were waiting they blasted the music. Extremely disappointed. There needs to be a better set up as people wait. Bad experience. More seats are needed.

My family and I went here yesterday for Mother’s Day, let me just say…it was so worth it! They even gave out roses for all the mothers, I thought that was really sweet! They also serve free fresh popcorn! The food was phenomenal, amazing portion sizes too. Our waitress was so sweet. Please come here, it is amazing!

Took over an hour for a chicken piccata that was very bland. The waitress barely checked on us and didn’t update us on anything. Over all service was poor and so was the food quality. Would not recommend to anyone.

We’re so happy to see this popular family-friendly chain reopen its doors last month—it’s like welcoming back an old friend. The restaurant still has that warm, familiar feel, with its classic wooded steakhouse-style ambiance that adds a cozy, nostalgic touch.
They’ve kept all the little things that made it special: free popcorn when you sit down, and those unforgettable ice cream sundaes served in mini baseball helmets that kids (and adults) absolutely love. Portions are generous, just like before, and the family-friendly vibe is still very much alive.
It’s easy to get to and parking is never a problem, which makes it a no-brainer for a relaxed night out. Whether you're a longtime fan or new to the place, it's definitely worth a visit.

Mother's Day lunch was delicious. Chef Shannon did not disappoint. Baked haddock was delicious, Blueberry Bella was like a blueberry seltzer, and we got beautiful roses. My sister got the steak tips cooked to perfection. My niece got stuffed shrimp and it was filling.
The staff were all outstanding! It was great to see the host and manager stay so calm during the challenging rush of customers. The wait staff was also remarkable.

My husband and I use to go to the old Ground Round at least once a week... We loved it... Was so excited it was back but I have to say we were pretty disappointed... Definitely not as good as it use to be. Onion rings not as good as before. Very small order maybe 6-7 onion rings... Clam chowder wasn't as good as it use to be... Steak was ok it was cooked perfectly but didn't like the stuff they drizzle on plate, everything tasted like it... $110 later

Took my husband there for his birthday dinner and we both had the baked haddock. My husband had steamed broccoli and vegetables and I had coleslaw and onion rings with mine. The food was delicious and hot. We will be back again. 👍🏼👍🏼

We held a dine-out night for our large group (25+) at the Ground Round this past week. We called up several days before to make sure they could host us, and they were more than accomodating. we were given our own room at the back of the restaurant, and when quite a few more attendees showed up than we anticipated, they happily accommodated us.
Our server was absolutely amazing and everyone loved her. The food was fantastic, the drinks excellent, the service was great, and we all loved the rustic log décor and the fireplace. We already have members asking to go back.
