The food quality was disappointing — the meat was undercooked, with only the top slightly done while the center remained raw. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and noticeably anxious. They seem to have overstated their reputation, as the food did not match what was advertised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

Been visiting Uptowne for several years now, the consistency in taste and service is unmatched. I love their chicken shawarma platter with the lamb kebab roll-ups. Its a gem, a must try !
This place is very uptight on money. I have given them a lot of business. I have been to their almost every week given them 80+ dollars of business all the time and this one last time that I went I didn’t leave them a tip the mother who works in the kitchen called out and said I did not leave a tip and we need a tip which is really bad way of doing business. I mean, they just lost a customer now who used to go there every week and spend $80 which shows that these owners are so so uptight on money That’s ridiculous. It’s my wish if I want to tip or not. You can’t force anyone and the mother made sure that I left the place only after giving the tip

It is interesting to see how people can turn things around when they are exposed. The people running this business are cheap to begin with and then they find excuses to somehow try to cover up. Its very funny to me. Infact for everybody else reading this review I forgot to mention - they threw away my food twice when i had it packed it to go and didn’t even apologize or offer to make me new food. This shows how uptight they are about money and expect a tip? You got to be kidding me.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The owners here are disrespectful. I didn’t leave a tip during my last visit because the service was awful and the older lady making the food who I believe is the owner called out. Their food wasn’t good either. There are way better places in the area

The food is good and tasty. The babaganouj, hummus, and salad were all salty to my not-too-salty taste.
Also this is more like a catering I’d say rather than a dining place. The service is very slow and they easily forget to bring you water or silverware.

Really enjoyed eating here. The food tasted fresh and full of flavor. The hummus and grilled meats were excellent. The staff were kind and made the place feel comfortable. It is a great spot to hang out with friends or just enjoy a relaxed meal. I will definitely be back!!

The chicken shawarma was fire! Toum had the perfect kick, labneh + za’atar with pita = chef’s kiss.
Overall, great food, fresh flavors, and definitely worth going back. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Mediterranean eats. Would come back!

Precious jem in Central Mass. Amazing food with great price. I will definitely visit again with more friends. Shawarma platter and araye were great. Also super kind and friendly service. Don't forget fries!

The food was exceptional, loved my piping hot delicous gyros and fries. My wifes gryos plate, salad and rice were great as well. Highly recommend.
