Was really excited to try the to-go buffet at this place, but left sorely disappointed. The buffet stations were dark and the food was clearly not up to temperature. I tried to be a good sport at first, but the longer I walked around, I just couldn't do it. I can handle food that's been sitting for a while, but serving cold/lukewarm food like that is a giant red flag in the food service industry - that's how you make people sick.
We stopped mid-way through making our plates and decided to go elsewhere. We were willing to pay for what little food we had wasted if it had been charged by weight, but ultimately ended up just telling them we weren't paying full price ($30) for food that wasn't even safe to consume.
They acknowledged turning off the food warmers ahead of time to prepare for close (even though there was still an hour to go) and let us go.

For a buffet the food is very good - compared to a regular Chinese restaurant not quite as good. The food choices are excellent along with sushi - worth a visit if you like buffets.
Kid-friendliness: They have ice cream and finger food kids like.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheelchair to enter and be stationed at a table.

they put something in their food i usually eat 7 plates at other buffet restaurants.and this buffet i can only eat 2 plates...i will never stop by this place ever again!

Absolutely atrocious service. Would recommend any other restaurant in the whole town before ever going to this place again. When we told the waitress the food was on the cold side they informed us no one ever complains and kicked us out. The entire time they acted as if we were screaming and throwing things and had to be removed. I have never ate anywhere before that removes a customer over a single complaint who isnt even causing a scene in the restaurant. Had we been disruptive to other customers or yelling profanities I could understand...but just saying the food is cold is just ridiculous.

Went there today, after being a customer for over 20 years, and very little to choose from, chicken and broccoli was cold and chow mein was tasteless. I let our waitress know the food was cold and she ran to get the woman in charge and both came to our table and very rudely told us we can leave! The woman in charge said “no one has ever complained about the taste of our chow mein, only that the noodles are sometimes stale” lol Wow has this place gone downhill. Such ignorant and rude service. Never again!
