Nowww I think dircy deserves to be a shift leader , I love her energy , this is my second time there and she always so kind and super nice and always helping the kitchen staff either putting fries , nuggets , onion rings , nuggets down and all making sure they not doing to much or all the work especially sometimes it be only 2 people after 6pm-7 on kitchen , one thing I loved the most was when she used her own redeem points to give my kid a ice cream cup because god knows when kids wants something they want it. I feel like she deserves a name tag and much better pay. The store is much cleaner and neaty when she closes which I think she should be a full closer staff ? Especially a night manager ? But so far I will be back

The food was hot and just as I ordered. The dining room was clean and inviting. Staff were young and fooling around but when went to the counter they were fror
friendly and helpful. What a nice surprise to interact with humans instead of a kiosk.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s absolutely necessary after witnessing the way a manager named Tina treated her staff during my recent visit.

While waiting for my food, I saw Tina yelling—not talking, yelling—at one of the young workers in front of both customers and other employees. It was aggressive, humiliating, and completely inappropriate. Her tone was demeaning and hostile, and it was clear this wasn’t a one-time thing. Other employees looked terrified and visibly uncomfortable around her, and the energy in the store was incredibly tense.

As a paying customer, this ruined my experience. The food took longer than usual, and I don’t blame the staff—I blame the toxic environment Tina is creating. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in a minimum wage job where they’re just trying to survive.

I don’t know how someone with this little professionalism or basic decency is allowed to manage a team. Burger King needs to seriously investigate Tina’s behavior and decide if someone like that should be representing their brand. If nothing changes, I will not be returning to this location—and I’ll be encouraging others to avoid it as well.

To corporate: Please listen to your workers and your customers. This is not acceptable.

Manager Tina was extremely disrespectful to the employees. My party will not be returning, as she gave my food to the wrong person twice. When I brought it to her attention, she didn’t listen and responded disrespectfully to me and my party.

Ordered a chicken sandwich to go - get home with to have a bite to eat and there was no chicken in the sandwich - mayo and lettuce! Who the heck makes a chicken sandwich with no chicken! Would not recommend if they can mess up a 3 ingredient meal.

Tyler was extremely disrespectful,yelled at me, used derogatory terms when he is Cleary not black, just because I wanted chicken fries and caused a big scene which caused other customers to become upset never again. Chicken fries were bland to . I thought everyone ruled there clearly not. Go to McDonald's

Went through the drive through. The attendant was very nice. We were the only ones in drive thru, but we still had to park and wait for a bit for them to bring out the food. The whopper I got was totally disappointing. The beacon melt my wife got was gross. I know it's fast food but it was not worth the money we spent. Your better off going to one of the other many places in the area

I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with light mayonnaise, the bread was wet with mayonnaise and the 2nd had a ton of mayo, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, they both went right into the trash.
NEVER AGAIN!!

The black guy at night time is very rude and racist
