I stopped by on December 19th to get a gift certificate for $30. After leaving the restaurant and going home I could not find the gift certificate. I called the restaurant and Josh went the extra mile and deleted the gift certificate and gave me a new one. He straightened out the situation immediately. I was very impressed with his work ethics. Thank you again, Josh.

Just be prepared when you order pickup and they say 25-30 min it's could actually be 10 min tops. I can't understand how that's even a thing!

Everytime i have come to Chillis I have personally asked for Alexis, she has the greatest service. She thinks as customer and shows real interest and creating a great experience.

I had the female server she was amazing and worked behind the bar. I Believe her name is Jayda. She recommended the salmon and the chips w the new quest sauce. It was really good. I will be back her service was amazing. So i say check this spot out, there are health choices outside of your typical bar food.

We had Alexis tonight and she was phenomenal; very attentive to details and served with a smile. She made sure our drinks were full at all times and was extremely knowledgeable with the menu. The food came out quick and was on point.

My husband and I drove here tonight for dinner, from Bristol, and are very happy we did. The waitstaff were all friendly; and our server, Alexis, was also very helpful and attentive. The food came fast and was perfect. The hamburger was juicy and cooked to order. The chicken bacon quesadilla was so flavorful. Portions were large. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back.
