Chili's Grill & Bar

My girlfriend and I have been going here for the last few months and this place has been batting a thousand so far, great food for the price and excellent service.

Take out service is now terrible. They have eliminated “car-side to go.” There is never someone at the take-out register so your food sits on a shelf getting cold until maybe 10 minutes later when they decide to hand the bag to you. People must get tired out waiting because they have signs on the shelf saying wait for Chili’s staff who are never there to hand you your food that you have already paid for. For this terrible service they want you to give a minimum of 18% tip! I have had this experience at least the last five times I have ordered from there.

went to lunch with my boyfriend wanting to try a new location as a diffrent one had made me sick. this place was full of customers but got in right away no wait, atmosphere was very clean and service was GREAT! had a very nice waiter, got are drinks and appetizers within 10 minutes of that the food was out super super fast! over all food was great enivorment was great i would deffiently go back to this location and reccomend this chillies over others!

BEST chilis around..the food here is consistently fantastic. Service is always great. We are cheap with food but tip well, so long as we are taken care of. We have never had a bad meal here. We usually come about once a month. We always get the same thing, and it's always good.

I do not have time to dine in, but is it a quick takeout with the bacon, Cheese, Ranch burger came with ample amount of fries and was very good. Order was made to my liking.the service was quick and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Will be back soon for another burger.

Was doing an Uber Eats delivery for a person, and I waited 15 minutes with out any help. Had to just walk behind the 'To-Go ' section and grab it myself.

Food was ok. A kid was screaming the entire time we were there. Waitress was a little slow.

Update: Ive been then a few times since and its been much better. Very kind servers, food was very good (even to my picky bf) and last time i went i had a very nice conversation with our server about various topics. The other customers are usually very nice as well.
