If I could rate a zero I would. My brother and his family were first timers trying out this restaurant by recommendation. It took about an hr to be seated and get their meals which was fine, when the food came out my one yr old nephew was whiny because he wanted his food that my sister in law was cutting up for him to eat. Cindy Rego thought it would be a great idea to lean over the counter and say in front of everyone “People are trying to eat here, you want to do something about that.” My sister in law was horrified due to the fact that she was doing something, she was cutting out my nephews food, he’s one, he was being a little inpatient which children do. At this point my brother picked up my nephews and left. There were many different ways this situation could have been handled Cindy. You did not have to embarrass a whole family is who trying out your restaurant for the first time. They have been out to breakfast many times at many different restaurants and have never been disrespected or embarrassed like you made them feel. Do better!
