I don’t know what has gone on here within the last month and a half but the service is absolutely terrible. You go through the drive-through sit there for a half an hour then they hand you a coffee that’s not stirred and food. That’s not even remotely hot someone needs to get an actual adult or some kind of management system in here cause this has been terrible lately!!!!!
Whoever was working the drive through window this morning was so patient and up beat, always very friendly drive through staff. I believe her name was Victoria, just by reading the label on my food bag. Give these ladies a raise <3
Mid afternoon. No Dunkachino...settled for medium regular coffee. Main focus was the drive up. Coffee/food prep was sloppy and messy. I would prefer my coffee inside the cup not spilled or poured down the outside.That being said, they were happy and smiling and tried to genuinely convey they were having a chaotic and stressful day.
