Whoever was working the drive through window this morning was so patient and up beat, always very friendly drive through staff. I believe her name was Victoria, just by reading the label on my food bag. Give these ladies a raise <3
Mid afternoon. No Dunkachino...settled for medium regular coffee. Main focus was the drive up. Coffee/food prep was sloppy and messy. I would prefer my coffee inside the cup not spilled or poured down the outside.That being said, they were happy and smiling and tried to genuinely convey they were having a chaotic and stressful day.
Every dunkin lately is slow! I was the 6th car in line this morning...12 minutes. Have to constantly repeat orders. This is a brand new store. I ask why the wait at 6:30am and they say they are understaffed. I go next day, 5/6 employee vehicles there, pull up to window and coffee is not made yet by person working window but I guess now the person in back of me. There coffee is already to go??? Ever try to get in touch with corporate.... I am done with themUntil tomorrow. ?
