I was at this location Thursday afternoon and while I was coming out of the restroom, I over heard what seemed to be the manager speaking in vulgar and harsh language to the employees, even going as far as cussing. While I am a loyal and frequent customer at this Dunkin location- I can say I have grown up in this town and never seen such unprofessionalism at any Dunkin before. I am uncertain if this Dunkin is under new management, but I am sure nothing like this would happen under the old manager Sue. I remember being greeted by name and smiles on the employees face upon waking to the register. Oh how times have changed

Come here every morning, the service and staff are what makes this place a special place in the morning. Between my friend and I we come here so much every morning and spend usually between 10 and $12 and I get to use my rewards so it's worth it. Out of all the Dunkin' Donuts in the city of Fall River this is my favorite.

I would give 0 if I could!! This place was my go to for 10 years! Not sure where the manager Sue went, but that was what held the place together! Horrible customer service now! Also if you want a nasty coffee and your order to ALWAYS be wrong even after waiting 15-20 minutes for 1 iced coffee in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of u only getting coffee, or to be served by staff that are so unprofessional and that are under the influence while at work like literally HIGH then this is where to come! I should’nt have to say anymore. Whoever this new owner is you better really fix these problems or you’re going to go under really quick.

Slowest Dunkin ever
Went to the Dunkin at 987 County street to get a multi grain bagel. When I got it home it was hard as though sitting on the shelf for a couple of days. When I went back to complain the manager said they are made daily. Well...this clearly wasn't. The best part was a young man named JuJu. He was not at all a part of the conversation but turned around and laughed at me. I asked if he was laughing at me and he said yes. I finally got my money back. Asked for the district manager's name and got no answer.

Went inside today and heard the employees screaming(literally) and having an absolute melt down and talking badly about employees and other customers. They were starting to talk really dark about things too. I got an attitude about ordering 3 coffees. I understand you are stressed over worked and short staffed but talking it out on customers is not a good look. I felt so uncomfortable and ending up apologizing for ordering coffees

What has happened to this Dunkin’? I ordered two muffins and both were half frozen and soggy. Really disappointing. Hopefully they can figure out what’s going on and get it back on track.

I'm frustrated and honestly a bit insulted. First, I was served a burnt sandwich. I was patient and returned to the window, and the staff kindly remade it for me. However, when I went to eat the second one, I discovered there was still a piece of paper stuck to the cheese.The lady at the window was nice but whoever is handling the food should be more aware when preparing it. They gave me a refund thankfully. And hopefully this will not happen again.
