I worked here back in the 80's, back when it was "time to make the donuts". This is the first time I was back in well over 20 years and things are definitely different.Overall, it was just okay. Sad that they do not make them in store anymore, they just fill and frost. They did not seem as fresh. Also much smaller selection. I ordered a white chocolate latte and it was very underfilled.

The wakeup wraps always are uncooked or cold and inedible
The new manager there is very rude. she gets my orders wrong and always has an attitude with me when i want the order i placed to be correct. i’m a long time customer and never had any issues until she started taking my orders. i’m never going there again as long as she’s there. poor customer service.

Has to be the WORST ever cup of Iced Coffee I have gotten from a Dunkin'!!!Even making it half regular/half decaf, the coffee I received had about as much taste as a cup of water (and almost just as transparent!). ?
