Waited for someone to take my order,once they finally came on there was no greeting,just " what can I get for you". I told them I had a mobile I entered in the app,I pulled forward to the window and they all just stared at me like I ordered tacos or something. I said,Hi,I have the mobile order for Christina C and blank stares again. You really need to have managers on shift at all times. Not going back.

Worst experience ever. I went to this location on Christmas day, I waited for over an hour in line due to the facts the lobby wasn't open. After getting to the order screen I waited 20 minutes and not even a "I will be right with you" or any greeting at all. After all that wait I finally left. Not a single person was being served, no workers were near the window. I mean if you are going to have this location open for holidays at least serve the customers. If you don't want to serve the customers close the location for the holidays.

I enjoy when they stuff 4 chocolate-frosted donuts into a bag face down and essentially turn the bag into a chocolate-frosted dessert.
When you spend 6 bucks on food only to have it ruined is disheartening.
Maybe instead of corporate pushing these workers to churn out cars and customers with their animated computer screens constantly reminding these workers about time in line and window... take extra time to properly ensure the food that is being purchased doesn't come out of a bag looking like smashed $&!+.

Are you kidding me? Dunkin' Coffee, absolutely divine! The ambiance, like a cozy lounge, perfect for sipping a cuppa. And let's talk about that senior discount, a generous 10% off! But hold your horses, I'm on cloud nine until I see the meteorologist from the Weather Channel stroll on the giant tv wearing dungarees on Good Friday! I was ready to dish out more than five stars, but those dungarees, they knocked me back down to earth!

Y’all need to stop trying to pass normal iced coffee as cold brew. People who actually drink coffee know the difference. This constantly happens, I don’t know if you guys are trying to Bogart your cold brew but you need to give people what they’re paying for. I am so sick of Dunkin’ Donuts doing this. I know it’s done purposely because I’m constantly having to go back in and have the employees remake it and magically it tastes better. Your normal Iced coffee, tastes old and bitter and The cold brew is smooth and tastes fresh. Clearly, none of you people who work at Dunkin have ever tasted coffee before because you wouldn’t try to pass off normal iced coffee as a cold brew only an idiot would do that.
