Went to grab a sandwich. Kids behind the counter were friendly and helpful! Food was hot and just as ordered.

Waited for someone to take my order,once they finally came on there was no greeting,just " what can I get for you". I told them I had a mobile I entered in the app,I pulled forward to the window and they all just stared at me like I ordered tacos or something. I said,Hi,I have the mobile order for Christina C and blank stares again. You really need to have managers on shift at all times. Not going back.

Worst experience ever. I went to this location on Christmas day, I waited for over an hour in line due to the facts the lobby wasn't open. After getting to the order screen I waited 20 minutes and not even a "I will be right with you" or any greeting at all. After all that wait I finally left. Not a single person was being served, no workers were near the window. I mean if you are going to have this location open for holidays at least serve the customers. If you don't want to serve the customers close the location for the holidays.

I enjoy when they stuff 4 chocolate-frosted donuts into a bag face down and essentially turn the bag into a chocolate-frosted dessert.
When you spend 6 bucks on food only to have it ruined is disheartening.
Maybe instead of corporate pushing these workers to churn out cars and customers with their animated computer screens constantly reminding these workers about time in line and window... take extra time to properly ensure the food that is being purchased doesn't come out of a bag looking like smashed $&!+.

The kid who is doing the food today around exact time I got my food was rude. Said I loved you annd don’t come back and was completely not retail friendly as I work in retail at the Home Depot nearby he shouldn’t be working the front if he’s gonna be like that.

But hold your horses, I'm on cloud nine until I see the meteorologist from the Weather Channel stroll on the giant tv wearing dungarees on Good Friday! I was ready to dish out more than five stars, but those dungarees, they knocked me back down to earth!
