I was ready to dish out more than five stars, but those dungarees, they knocked me back down to earth!

Y’all need to stop trying to pass normal iced coffee as cold brew. People who actually drink coffee know the difference. This constantly happens, I don’t know if you guys are trying to Bogart your cold brew but you need to give people what they’re paying for. I am so sick of Dunkin’ Donuts doing this. I know it’s done purposely because I’m constantly having to go back in and have the employees remake it and magically it tastes better. Your normal Iced coffee, tastes old and bitter and The cold brew is smooth and tastes fresh. Clearly, none of you people who work at Dunkin have ever tasted coffee before because you wouldn’t try to pass off normal iced coffee as a cold brew only an idiot would do that.

Very disappointed with the new breakfast wraps, nothing like the photos. 1 star for being impressed that they got the mush to stay inside the wrap, and 1 star for the impressive splatter it made when I threw it out my car window after the first bite. This dunkin also said they could not make a hot latte for me so maybe I'm just hangry but it was an all around terrible experience. Sad when cumberland farms across the street outperforms breakfast.

I hardly ever get actual food from any Dunkin but it is New Year's Day and I wanted a bagel. I sent my husband out to buy one for today and one for tomorrow. He asked me if I wanted them toasted and I opted to only have them toast the one that I was having today. I have included a pic of the one that I was having today. My husband didn't look at it before accepting the order. THIS is what I ended up with. He offered to go back to get another, but really, why??? I covered it with a ton of cream cheese and could STILL taste the burnt taste.I guess that something that is basically toast is just too complicated. Never again. Happy New Year.

I have no issue with the service or anything…just a request it’s happened twice. When you’re out of cold brew just say your out and I’ll get a regular ice. Stop trying to sneak my past me and give me and ice coffee with a turbo shot. It melts the ice and tastes completely different. Just be honest and I’ll understand

Usually, I love this Dunkin, but tonight not so much. Everything says they close at 11pm and at 10:07pm I came by just to see if they had any donuts left. Both doors were locked so I went to the drive thru and waited for a good 5 minutes, then went to the drive thru window and waited another 3 minutes or so. 2 ladies were inside and didn't acknowledge me. They walked passed the window several times. If you close at 11.....actually close at 11!
