hibachi express takeout and poke bowl

Have to give a one-star review because I couldn't even try the food. I ordered online and it said order successful. I show up and they're confused and said I had to wait another 10 minutes. Unfortunately I only have a half hour lunch... Get your stuff together ?

I ordered the hibachi chicken and I didn’t care for it! It doesn’t have the taste of hibachi chicken at all! I’m not saying that it taste bad. I’m just saying that it doesn’t taste like hibachi chicken. I didn’t like it and this is the second time I gave them a chance to make me a good meal so I’m not going back

I forgot to take a picture, got the chicken hibachi with veggies and rice. Portions are big, standard chicken hibachi fast service and friendly..only thing I can complain about an added $3.99 service charge? Tax, tip, now a $3.99 service charge? I picked up the food, and paid cash?? Biden inflation? ?

Are u kidding me???? 3.9 stars???? This place is awesome!! 5 stars all day!!! Great food, very convenient, friendly staff. Never a bad experience with takeout or delivery. I'm googling now to order and was surprised about the 3.9 so I had to leave a review.

I'd give a 10 star if I could! This food was so good, it was hot and the flavor was amazing. I was very shocked, it taste better than regular hibachi. Definitely got my moneys worth, soo worth the price. Will be coming here again !!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Nobody acknowledges you. Girls at the front desk just gossiping and joking while I waited almost an hour to pick up food that I was told was ready

I wish I was joking when I say I have never been so sick after eating hibachi. After about 20 minutes both me and my boyfriend where sick to our stomachs and had to rush home. Will not be returning. Do your stomach a favor and eat elsewhere. ??

Would like to say I’ve never left a 1 star review in my life. Never order from this place. I ordered online, went to pick it up when it said it would be ready. After waiting 30 minutes, they realized they lost my slip. You would think they would cook mine next, but no. I waited another 40 minutes for food. Everybody working there were yelling at each other. Bare hands used in kitchen. Needed to ask for discount because I waited over 90 for mid food and the guy gave me a $10 for my over $50 order and said something a foreign language to me. Would never order from here again
