I often visit and the girl with pink in her hair is usually the one to make my sandwich she is always very polite and helpful service is amazing sandwiches are always good and the staff as a whole are always friendly and accommodating

i ordered a mikes famous philly, and received a chicken cheesesteak. i am thoroughly disappointed in this, as i was expecting a philly cheesesteak.

Let’s start with the sandwich was incredible. Back story I was having a crappy afternoon and the manager noticed, She was like you okay ? Smile life is good . Short story she gave me my wub free and hope my day bcomes great . She really made my dsy a little better.

Came in around 8:30 , felt bad because I know they closed at 9 . Got 3 sandwiches the Italian , Chicken Chipotle & A mini - all 3 were great , I ended up toasting the Chipotle at home …

Staff was so patient and accommodating! My family has celiac, so jersey Mike's is one of the few places we even think about stepping into. When we came in to the Somerset locatio we were reassured and shown nothing but understanding of how important our diet is to our health (if you know, you know). The manager here is one of a kind, and made sure staff changed their gloves, retrieved clean, unused cutting boards and knives, used a seperate meat slicer, and even went so far as to clean the flat to griddle before searing our meat! All while being personable, patient, and friendly to my kids. We will absolutely be back to visit in the future!! Thank you to all staff, and especially management at this Jersey Mike's!!
