In the last year, I moved back to the area and tried most of the local sports bars. Jillian's has been a gem especially on Friday nights. Aley and Calise are awesome bartenders! Both are very friendly and provide amazing service! I've never had a bad meal - boneless buffalo tenders, Venus clam chowder w/clam cakes, pizza and the chourico plate are some of my favorites. The food and drink prices are really cheap too. Great TVs, music bingo on Friday nights, delicious food, a ton of beers on tap, KENO. What's not to like? If you haven't been recently, I highly recommend giving it a shot. Jillian's is head and shoulders better than the competition.

I waited for ten minutes for Minestrone Soup. When I got home, the soup was cold and the crackers were stale. Very disappointing experience

It seems they have change management or something because the food is better and the service is better I had it at once the previously it has very much improved. All they need to do now is the update the place exterior and interior

They’re trying to serve food with mold on it. Do better at making sure kitchen staff throws away product that is past due. Your servers however are great though. Attentive and accommodating

The food is usually pretty good but a recent visit where I received apx 7.3 ounces of basically pieces of chicken (supposed to be tenders) in my large boneless tender order. I got home and opened the package and said there’s no way this is right and weighed it on my kitchen scale. I immediately called and was told it would be refunded to the card and the woman I talked to was polite, and said that she would let her manager know but it takes up to 48 hours sometimes. No problem. 3 days go by, I call again, again no manager but I’m told it will be taken care of. 5 days go by, I call a third time. STILL NO MANAGER AROUND, and I leave another message with whoever I talked to. Just really bad service. Now I cut it as a loss and don’t go back. Bummer.

We go there at least once a week. This time, as usual, our waitress was great. She was pleasant, looked after our requests and made our eating out special. Food was good also. However, I needed something different with my drink. The bartender, Night, came to our table and was very rude and obnoxious. She didn't remember that customer service is critical for people to return. We will return after asking who the bartender is. Will not go if it's her.
