It's KFC, not bad but seems they, as a corporation, are falling behind with other establishments that serve chicken. They seem to be more expensive as well.

The food was delicious. It's usually very salty, this meal wasn't salty at all. My husband can't have much salt. Perfect :) got chicken 6 piece meal and 4 sides and I ordered a chicken pie as well. Very goodđ

The chicken was half cooked batter falling off .mashed potatoes was very watery the worst in 40 years not the first time .and out of biscuits management didn't care very rude

As i went to order dinner for the family tonight, a server dropped food on the floor, picked it up, and put into someones bag. Stop underhiring, get it togethet, hire a manager, something. Will never go again.

They are horrible in every other way. I have never got a and order unless it's missing. Just got an entire order paid 54$ by uber eats and I only got the side no chicken when I order a family 12 pieces. They either need a better management. Really horrible and the funny part is they never answer the phone as well.

Order delivery from them three nights ago. EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND I WAS MISSING ITEMS. Came from Uber eats the guy didn't speak English. DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS THAT WERE WRITTEN AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER... Still haven't been refunded. Will never again order from Uber eats. And this is where I was told to leave the review that you have to go to the restaurant. HOPEFULLY KFC WILL GET RID OF UBER EATS BECAUSE THEY'RE GOING TO RUIN THEIR REPUTATION.. absolutely horrible. And now trying to get in touch with someone forget it.

Woman at the drive threw too busy talking about how sheâs broke and has no money in her Venmo and boa account, maybe if she focused on her job in the drive threw she wouldnât have completely messed up my order. The younger generation gets so bothered that they have to shut up and do their jobs. Youâre getting payed for it.

Placed an order on the app and went through the drive through to get it. They told me to leave the drive thru and come back in 5 minutes so they could make it... I've never heard of such a thing from a fast food place in my life. What if I just placed my order at the speaker? They would have made me leave and come back for my order? After I got my food my sandwich had basically no sauce on it, and somehow my water wasn't even cold. Honestly just a crazy experience.

And you received a 1 star because there is nothing lower. Very dirty place just a bunch of kids playing around and making fun of customers. My food was awful to point I had yo throw it away and get this it was only chicken tenders 3 only about 2inchs long and so soggy and greasy. People please my second time don't buy from here close them down. Would never recommend this place . Wish I could have posted a pick. Actually thought about going on Facebook to post pics and video but really what's is going to accomplish. Just so sick of this service.

I always order 'only dark meat' and, even if they repeat the order back to me, I get white meat about 50% of the time. Also, if I order a #3 meal (which is a 4 piece meal) I get 3 pieces about 30% of the time. Maybe change the number if it's too confusing. Chicken has also hotten smaller. There is another KFC seven minutes down the road and a Popeyes. Something for management to consider.

The only reason this review is getting any stars is because the food was good. If you want decent service; order ahead or go through the drive thru because evidently when you go in to the restaurant the staff act like they canât be bothered. An employee had the audacity to ask me to use a kiosk instead of taking my order, claiming to be âslammed and understaffedâ while they only had one person dining inside and one person in the drive thru when I walked in. Iâm sorry that I donât want to use a kiosk that people touch and you donât clean. As someone who works in customer service, I know being understaffed isnât the customers problem. But if you donât want to do your job and pick up the extra slack you probably shouldnât work there. I wouldâve gladly ordered more and spent more money, but the kiosk (that you wanted to do your job for you) didnât have the options I was looking for and you were to âbusyâ to help a customer.
