we just got our 5th cake from Nancy's and we are always very happy with them! they not only look great but taste amazing too! I always look forward to the next occasion when I know I'll need a cake because I'll keep going back to Nancy's. our most recent cake I told them Nancy's choice for decorating and it came out better than I could have guided them!

They don’t have a huge selection, which is probably good because what they have is done very well. anything I’ve purchased there was always very good and the service is good. New to the Fall River, no bakery in Fall River compares as far as buying sweets Boston bakery in Fall River is pretty good. Not one that could be comparable to Nancy’s the rest of the bakeries all make good bread, but their sweets are terrible. I think they do a great job with what they have nothing is greasy or heavy.

We had Nancy’s make our wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding last weekend. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! Nancy was very accommodating and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!

Worse service I've ever experienced as a paying customer. No regards for handicapped people, not 1 person in store, 5 workers, help did not know pastry prices or quantities in stock. Blueberry Muffins 3 $ 3.00 Muffins each, Blueberry per muffin 10 small, bought with cannoles, tiny 25 cents more Shaws better, twice as much. My opinion on pies, DOESN'T State 24 hours notice needed on a pie. Open Bakery no seating for 25 minute wait for 6 items to be wrapped. Had to wait in car for them to bring out. Received sorry new girl on register, but a handicapped seniors should never suffer the embarrassment, indignation of being ignored because of someone with Experience needed to step in and assist new trainer. Where was the owner or Manager, avoid this place unless your a regular

The brownies are excellent, chicken pie, whoopie pie and eclairs are excellent. Will definitely return and 5 or 6 stars are great. Service was also outstanding.
Wonderful place. I got a double chocolate whoopee pie, fresh and very light. The prices shocked me, the price for 2 items was less than 1 at most bakeries. Great value for the amazing quality. Staff very friendly.
