Messed up my order. Had to wait for them to fix. So I figured they would tell me to keep the order they Messed up on, or give me a free order of Crab Rangoon. I go to China Sails alot and if something is not right they'll make it up to you some how. THAT'S WHAT I CALL GOOD SERVICE!

Idk what all these other people experienced, but this is some of the best Chinese food I've had in months. Specifically, the quality of the chicken. Not stringy, not gross. Actually decent quality. And the mustard is the best. Left my first review just to say this. Will definitely be going back. Super satisfied. Would recommend.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you can get a parking space there's a wheelchair ramp but I don't think there is a handicap spot

Received an order of Nime Chow. Rice noodles with one shrimp in it nothing else. Usually consists of basil, lettuce and bean sprouts.
Food is pretty good but not the best but no complaints about that. The delivery drivers are really polite and quick but whoever takes the orders on the phone is very rude at times and quick to hang up on you while you're still talking. I continue to go here because it's near my house and it's easy for me but every single time I call I say to myself wow whoever's talking to me on the other end of this phone it's kind of a j**** You would think they would have a little more personality and be a little more heartfelt especially being a small town business that serves the community.

Buyer beware delivery guy tricked me into double tipping him my last order. The tip is written on the receipt a second time they claim for their records to know how much to pay the driver at night and I didn’t realize it at the time but they got me for a double tip. Driver pretended not to know if the tip was already in the receipt (which it was) back then and then this delivery magically knew everything about it after I called him out on them writing a second tip in deceptively without saying anything to warn me before signing. Foods ok but they are scammers at heart. Maybe stick to door dash for Chinese going forward at least when they mess up I get an instant refund and no run around.

If I could give half or no star I would I ordered about $30 worth of food and it never showed up after 2 hours I called after an hour and they said 7 minutes the driver would be here then called at an 1 1/2 when no food came they said they didn’t know where the driver was when I asked for a refund I got the run around about a discount on my next order after 2 hours I called back because still no food and I am so mad because I was so hungry and was looking forward to what I ordered

First of all it was decent, not great but not horrible, either. The inside was relatively sanitary. I believe that the prices are a bit overpriced, and don’t get me wrong the food was good, but it could of been better. Most of the staff are very obliging and kind. Some of the food was raw, but the sauce was amazing.I recommend this place if you are around Somerset and in the mood for Chinese.
