They are always so nice to me. My son loves their sweet-and-sour chicken with white rice, more white rice, then chicken and they always accommodate him. They are always fast and friendly. Everyone is always nice and if they ever do make a mistake, which is very rare they always rectify it with a coupon or they replace the meal. They are extremely nice here.

Completely unsanitary conditions. Take a look behind their building it is absolutely disgusting. Dumpsters overfilling with vultures and animals from everywhere feeding off of it. Trash all over the parking lot. I can only imagine what inside or the kitchen looks like.
Delivered food on Christmas Eve. Not bad. Pretty standard Chinese takeout.

Messed up my order. Had to wait for them to fix. So I figured they would tell me to keep the order they Messed up on, or give me a free order of Crab Rangoon. I go to China Sails alot and if something is not right they'll make it up to you some how. THAT'S WHAT I CALL GOOD SERVICE!
