Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches

I got a thanksgiving toasted which is my favorite. Tonight they made the sandwich skimpy. Alot less turkey and only crumbs of stuffing. What's up with that.
Tonite I got another sandwich to try again. While the sandwich is good, they are definitely putting alot less in the sandwich. Disappointing. I went again tonight. Sandwich even more cheaply made. Shredded turkey crumbs . Very little stuffing. What is going on people. Do better.

Restaurant was unkept. Dirty. Empty. They served us 4 slices of cold, dry and probably old pizza that was sitting in front on the counter. We threw it away and left. We came here, knowing it wouldn't be stellar pizza but holy cow. I didn't think it could be this bad.

Pepperoni pizza was terrible. Actually believe it was dangerous to eat. Entire family took a bite and spit it out. Usually love papa Gino’s but idk it I’ll ever eat there again

I’ve lived in Somerset for over 20 years and order from this location regularly. Today may be the last time that I order from this place ever again. Ordered the new lemon pepper, chicken, Thanksgiving, toasted sub and a free small cheese pizza that they give for your birthday. Food was cold upon arrival and the delivery driver didn’t respect the instructions that I left for delivery. I don’t like people knocking or ringing my doorbell because my dog goes crazy. Guess what? He decided to knock. As for the food, there was no sauce given with the lemon pepper chicken, and the extra container of gravy that comes with the Thanksgiving toasted sub was left open when tossed into the bag. Needless to say, when I pulled the sub out of the bag, there was gravy everywhere and it made a mess all over my kitchen table. Oh, I also did not receive the small cheese pizza that I had put on my order. No clue where it ended up. Delivery driver claims it was not part of the order.

We ordered delivery in November 2024 and December 2024 . We ordered salads and are literally 10 mins away . First time we ordered three steak salads and got salads no steak took one hour for steak to be delivered and today we ordered three salads paid over the phone with a generous tip for the driver and our salads were left in a bag with all three salad dressing spilled in the bag the driver left such a mess and we had no dressing. The place is run by teen ages who don’t care.. The puts bread was soaked in dressing.. Never order from this Papa Gino’s

The toppings to my pizza were all over inside the box. Looks like they didn't handle correctly.

Great service. Glad to see a papaginos sill up and running. Tasted as good as i remember. The d'angelo subs too. So good. And the employees were on top of their game the night before a holiday. Now thats saying something.
