Ordered 2 large steak and cheese subs and a large pizza. The steak was burnt badly on both subs, not even enough steak to fill the subs and more banana peppers than steak. Extremely disappointing, especially after how much it all cost. Terrible quality for such a high price.

This place has good food but some of their workers their attitudes need an adjustment because they have rotten attitudes and let me tell you I'll never go there again

This is now the third time I have ordered and have had something missing from something I ordered. The first time my sandwich was missing a couple toppings I ordered, the second time my bbq chicken pizza didn't have bbq on it, and this time the cinnamon sticks don't have cinnamon sugar on them, they're just bread sticks.

Was rushed at the register, was lied to about my reward points, I had Samuel recheck and he mysteriously found my points. Wanted to add fries to my order and he already rang me up he had to redo. Wanted to dine in wasn't asked. No utensils or napkins. Not the Papa Gino's service I Always received.
