Our family is fairly new to the area. We have been here twice and both times I've never been made to feel more uncomfortable by the staff. No smiles from the staff, no greetings of any kind. Just taking a second to read the menus I felt like I was doing something wrong when she sighed and proceeded to death stare at me. Even after paying my change was forcefully handed back to me. I was honestly shocked.However, the ice cream is awesome, the smell of the cones is very cool. Lots of comments about the prices, well, go buy sundae items at the grocery store and compare. Prices aren't that bad.

I was excited to try this ice cream place as a recommendation from my friend who loves it. We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy, but not super crowded with people who also wanted to enjoy some ice cream. This is a take-out only place and they just opened for the season, so there's no indoor seating. I got strawberry and butter crunch in a waffle cone. I really enjoyed the butter crunch with the bits of toffee candy in it. On the other hand, the strawberry was subpar to other strawberry ice creams I've had. The overall texture of the ice cream was creamy, but it lacked a strong strawberry flavor to it. The waffle cone was very thick and hard, but had a sturdy bottom, so no melting ice cream leaked out. They have a ton of different homemade flavors, so there's probably better flavors for you to try if you come here.

Can't beat the OG Somerset Creamery location! The icecream is of course, BOMB, but I also love that this original location isn't always as busy as the newer one- it's not too crowded outside it's a cute little place to eat icecream outside with your S.O. and look at the water ????
