I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. My order was completely wrong — the drink was poorly made, my tater tots were missing the cheese I specifically requested, and my burger had no ketchup.
When I asked about the missing drink, I was told I never ordered it, even though I did — at the window. I was then charged again, which should not have happened. To make things worse, the employee at the window was incredibly rude and tossed the drink at me without a word.
I submitted a complaint online and asked for a refund, only to be offered a coupon — which is unacceptable given the service I received. I won’t be returning to this location.
