I love the consistency at the store. There’s only a few times that they’ve messed up.

This is not the first time and I try to keep giving the benefit of the doubt but it’s not like it’s cheap I come 5 out of 7 days a week to this location and I get a mess up or they don’t have the product or they run out i totally understand but today was the day. I asked for caramel brûlée ice latte the girl at the speaker asked if I wanted anything else I said no thank you gave me my total and I get to the window and it’s like it’s not a caramel brûlée ice latte it’s just a regular caramel witch I wish she had told me at the speaker and I would ask for something else I had a shift leader 3 other co workers and one of them I even seen that wasn’t pleasant from the last time when I came into the cafe and respond to me in a rude way. I understand that you don’t have it but instead of just saying we don’t carry it anymore ? There is a different way of approaching it. I told her thank you for letting me know now. They are all just starting at me. I said you all have a great day. No one said sorry or could I fix it or can I get u something else. Customer service here has gonna out the window. For me to spend over 20 a week here I think It’s time for me to get my coffee else where. Ps it definitely does not taste the same.

Very rude employees. Ordered my coffee at 955am, said it would be ready by 1021. Came through the drive thru at 1031 and they wanted me to come inside, which I refused, because I’m disabled, and they also refused to make me my coffee that I had already paid for. Shift leader doesn’t know how to handle things. Wouldn’t make me my drink. I am not returning to this location and will be contacting corporate.

Always a 5⭐️ at this Starbucks in Somerset. The workers are clearly frequently busy, but they never fail to greet customers as soon as they walk in the door. The store is well kept, very clean, and has plenty seating options. I love going here to work on homework/study. The order ahead feature on their app is largely convenient. My drinks are always made very well. I always order the caramel ribbon crunch frappe and I always look forward to it from this location. Great team of workers at this location

They make mistakes constantly, and they're bougie, and think they can take fifteen minutes plus to make an iced coffee, it's mental. All they care about is the drive through.

This is the best Starbucks! I'm so glad I live close by. Love the employees here and especially a few of which have been there since opening day! They're super nice AND because I am there at least twice a day, every day, they acknowledge me with a simple hi or smile and act as if they are happy to see me once again! They hire very well too because new employees usually have enough wits about them to understand being kind to people in customer service are important aspects in everyday life! I usually frequent the same places, such as Walmart in Swansea, Home Depot, Somerset and this Starbucks.... the customer service in the other 2 mentioned establishments are beyond the pail opposites from this business and usually border on complete offensiveness! Rude, rotten and mostly just dumb.

Drive thru employee is auto adding tips for themselves without asking.

edit: spoke with customer service who assumed I just wanted the money back (I did not) and "will pass this along to the store manager"

Hopefully something is actually done since the person is stealing from customers.
