If I could give 0 stars I would. After I ordered my sandwiches, I was told that there was "no steak" in the store. They then told me that they are not able to issue a refund on my credit card. I'm standing in the store the next morning and the manager also claims that she cannot issue a refund. I will be in touch with corporate, as the owner refuses to speak with me about this issue
Avoid this ridiculous place at all costs.

I have been going to this subways for years now and have never had any complaints. The staff are friendly, efficient, and always make sure to greet me with a smile. The environment of the store is always very clean and very well-maintained. Subway is definitely my go-to place to stop after a long day of work when I don’t feel like cooking.

If I could give -10 stars for the atmosphere I would ! It’s like a teenage hang out there ESPECIALLY this one little girl who works there I believe her name is Avah she gives everyone dirty looks ,jokes around and feeds her friends instead of focusing on her work . The attitude is given freely with any 6in or foot long sub :)

I went to there today at 850 it says online they are open at 830. On their door it says they open at 8 am. I wasn’t even greeted just told to get that they were not open very rudely so if you are thinking to go there I would call first to see if there actually open cause apparently your supposed to know that a business is closed when the business hours and the door indicate otherwise.

What a joke, employees complain the entire time while making your sandwich, not to mention it was an online order that was placed 11:30 and the notication said it was done at 11:50, so I left my house AT 11:50, to give them some extra time just incase, we'll add another 30 mins to that when I arrived... Also girl working the front was touching the touchscreen at check out with gloves that were used for food, then proceeded to making more sandwiches with those gloves, disgusting, can you say cross contamination??? RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISGUSTING, board of health should be visiting any day....

I arrived at 7:52pm to a group of high school kids hanging out. I felt as of I just walked into the wrong place! Asked the very young boy behind the counter if they were closed and I could tell they where because not a single thing was out and everything cleaned up. If the hours say a place closes at 8 I should be able to get myself, a PAYING customer a sub at 7:52 pm. Every time I walk into this location it's like a big hang out. Last time I ever come here!
I’m not sure if there has been a change in workers however I have never had a bad experience at any subway until now. While most subways seem to have only one worker up front, today it seemed that it was too hard for them and instead of just making sandwiches they are complaining to the customers how busy it is and having the line build up. When another girl arrived a little after 3 I thought this would have helped but it only made it worse as they would not work together to clear out the line and instead were complaining to each other. When they finally realized I was waiting for over 30 minutes for a mobile order they apologized and said they were going to make it right away. I went to sit down and when I looked back one had taken the next customer and the other had started counting the tip money. At that point I had to get to work and decided someone else would have to come back and pick it up and decided to just leave. When the person I was with came back for the food it was not made yet as they realized we had left and instead of starting the order the young girl looked at my sister and went back around the corner so my sister had to verbally ask if the order was ready for the girl to come up front. Once she came up front she had a major attitude and when she finally started the order a friend of hers came in, got a free drink, and was talking and swearing with the worker so it took her around ten minutes just to make two sandwiches. When my sister was finally leaving the door, the worker’s friend felt the need to make a comment as if my sister had done something wrong. I truly believe that management needs to be aware of who they are hiring here and how they are behaving on the job as it was extremely unprofessional.

Amazing and friendly employees, food is always fresh, and top-tier. My order is always made with love. Service is always quick. I wish the inside had a bit more friendliness and clean feel, maybe an interior update is needed.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and seating. Many booths as well as tables. Child high chair is avaliable.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp built into the sidewalk outside of the restaurant. Plenty of tables to allow wheelchair seating. Low counters allow for an easy view for wheelchair customers.
