I was there for breakfast, there was only couple already eating. I ordered 2 pancakes and 2 strips of bacon. It was $18.70. I waited over 20 minutes for my food and it was not warm enough to melt the butter. For half that cost I could've gone to McDonalds and got hot food and eaten it by the time they gave me mine. There was no wait for a table since nobody was there, but waiting for the food was ridiculous. I won't take my family there.

Really nice place with helpful and upbeat staff; excellent menu all day; tips are included in the prices; wide variety of people comfortable eating here; great food.

What a great place! We loved everything about it! Our food was delicious! Great children’s menu & portion size. The blueberry pancakes were huge, just the right thickness, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. And yes, real maple syrup, thank you very much! Steak sandwich was melt in your mouth with their addicting garlic parmesan fries! Plus alcohol beverages! We had an espresso maple drink, very tasty. South Deerfield is very lucky to have this gem in their community. We can’t wait to visit again! See you soon!

A fantastic place to grab a bite to eat. We were spending a long weekend in Deerfield and happened across Leo's Table from a recommendation in our Air BnB guide. I am so glad to have seen that. We ended up eating brunch at Leo's Table both mornings we were in town. The Cinnamon Roll was enormous and delicious - I got one each time and one for the road as well! The Banana Bread French Toast was a unique twist that was fantastic as well. They do have lots of signs notifying that it is a living wage restaurant and that tipping is not required, I think the pricing throws people off if they happen to miss the signs for this - even still it is quite reasonable for the quality of food. If you find yourself in town I would strongly suggest adding Leo's Table into the eating mix.

Amazing food. Love the no tip culture. Just pay at the counter, food delivered to table and bus your table when done.

We actually drive from Holyoke to eat here every so often because we love the taste and that everything is home made AND believe in this business model (trying to give Restaurant employees a more consistent living wage). Thanks for paving the way for other businesses.
Sign on the door says employees are paid a living wage so tipping isn't necessary. You order at the counter and food is brought to you. You are given a mug to get your own coffee and make it as you like. The baked goods looked phenomenal. Food was excellent. Great find when spending some time in Deerfield, MA and looking for a late breakfast/early lunch. They also had merchandise to buy like their coffee cups, hot sauces etc.

Ordered the food online. Was told we couldn't eat in the restaurant and had to eat in my truck like an a hole. This should be said online before you order if that's the case. There was like three people in the restaurant. And why not let your employees be tipped . Very stupid.

My girlfriend and I stopped in on the way home from VT, she ordered a buttermilk pancake and I had a buttermilk fried chicken sandwich with garlic parm fries. I’d add a photo of how incredible the food looked but it tasted even better so it was gone within minutes. Fresh ingredients at a restaurant is hard to find these days so definitely stop in.

Me and my daughter stopped in for our first time to get breakfast and had a great experience. We both loved the food and atmosphere, the staff was great especially Maddie who was very sweet and made sure my daughter had a memorable time. I'm not sure why anyone complains about the prices I found them very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the fact that all the staff is paid a livable wage.

Breakfast was so expensive, $45 for 2 of us, my omelet had very little egg and they forgot the cheese.

You order and pay before you eat at counter . You get your own coffee and utensils like cafeteria style service . Food is dropped at by cook . Other than that no server . Food mediocre at best .

First time visiting Leo’s today! Such an amazing experience. Food was amazing. Flavors were spot on. Everyone at our table loved their food! This was my first time going to a tip free restaurant. I was skeptical at first because you hear stories of the service not being as good. But everyone one there was excellent. The staff is efficient and the atmosphere was great. The prices are higher than your typical breakfast place but if you do the math of what you’d pay at other places plus a 20% tip the cost works out the same. It’s great to know that everyone is being paid fairly and the service and food is amazing. Overall a great place to visit! Ohh! Instead of a tip jar there is a jar to donate free meals! The vibe of this place is just amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped for lunch on a Sunday with the kids. The food was satisfying and the portions were generous. We had a burger, grilled cheese, soup, and an omelette; all were devoured. But, the tater tots were the best ever! Gluten-free bread was very good and appreciated.

Solid food, I feel it's a bit overpriced. $19 for a burger is steep if it's not a high end quality meat. In my case I could barely taste the burger and when I took the bun off and tried a piece of burger alone, it had no seasoning. They do cook the tater tots perfectly.
Overall it was unremarkable but not bad. Probably wouldn't come back.
