After driving home from the Berkshires we found ourselves in front of our favorite sausage spot! Been years since we have been and first time with our 3 year old. Product never disappoints and the staff always knowledgeable and super friendly. We must have run in to the owner as our toddler was unexpectedly happy when we left. We will always stop in when we are in Deerfield!
I've been out to Pekarski's a few times now and it's made my short list of good meat suppliers. This region is home to many farmers and skilled butchers and smokers of eastern Eurooean heritage. They know their way around a smoker. Pekarski's is superbly clean and organized and they have real gems in their coolers and freezers.
