They’re all out of meat right now. And they don’t care that their customers would like them to actually operate as a butcher shop all the time, even though they’re open 7 days a week now. Weird.
The best andouille sausage I have ever had in my entire life. Amazing, amazing meat. I'd give this place 10/5 if I could. Wish they did custom cuts, but they specialize in smoked/sausages, which is understandable.
They should do online orders and ship gift boxes, I have family that needs to try this.

I especially love the smell of smoked sausage while shopping. They carry specialty mustards and other sundries, premium cuts of meat, and tons of smoked meats. They also offer tshirts.
