Food was great, really good smash burgers. You order at the counter and they bring out the food to you. Not being from the area, it was a little confusing because you have to get your silverware and condiments from a corner in the dinning room. Not a big deal, but not told this at order, so for anyone eating for the first time you know where to look.

The food was okay, the barbecue did not have much of a smoke flavor to it. Their sauces are lame and flavorless. Mac and cheese and coleslaw were good. The bathrooms were filthy, black floor, open dirty diaper, smelled. Overall restaurant was not clean.

Super disappointed. Really wanted to like the place. Got the 4 Meats and 3 Sides combo.
Ribs were ok but one of the three ribs was a rock hard end with barely any meat on it.
Pulled pork was rubbery, not much flavor.
Brisket was tough and about 3/4 inch thick. Not melt in your mouth.
Burnt ends chewy, also not melt in your mouth.
Fries were stale and hard.
Mac and cheese was decent.
Brussel sprouts were good.
Not worth the 60 bucks and a generous tip.
Local Burgy, Wildwood and Bub’s all better choices in that order. Sorry. I really wanted to like the place.

BBQ was good (had the brisket and pulled pork). Sides were nothing to write home about. Don't make their own sauces. They really had a tough time with service (wait time of 40 min, and it wasn't all that busy). Could have been a bad day. They made it up with extra food however

This restaurant is an absolute “must try.” They provide an excellent variety of “southern comfort food.” Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork and amazing sides! I highly recommend the brisket, mac and cheese and the fried brussels. Both outdoor and indoor seating is provided in a clean environment. Family events are offered on weekends. Bomb fire’s, Music, S’mores and more. You can find creative and innovative soft and hard beverages and a huge array of sauces.The service is phenomenal as well. Big props to a customer service specialist named, “Happy” who definitely lives up to his name. He is the true definition of Southern Hospitality! Don’t walk to this place! Run as fast as you can, Darling! Oh., and don’t forget to tell them Keisha’s World sent you! 🌍… ⭐️
Had to write a review when I'm chowing down on this delicious smash burger and there's a beautiful crispiness on the end of the patties. Yummy. Meat has great flavor. Sprouts are great like the reviews--crispy but soft chew. And Mac and cheese is thick and tastes smoky. Wow. Five Guys who (and I was a stan)?
Guy at the counter was friendly too and gave good customer service. Go back for the food and the staff.

Excellent BBQ. Nicely smoked brisket. The burnt ends, though tasty, were a little overdone. That being said it would not prevent me from ordering them again. This was our first visit to Zack's but I'm pretty certain that it will not be our last one. Next time we'll eat in and try some of the sides, my preferred measuring stick for a BBQ joint.
