This location was out of basically everything. The person behind the counter didn't seem to know what they actually had. The dining room looked as though this place wasn't finished being set up. There were 3 napkin dispensers and all three were empty.On the positive side the bagel I got was good.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese and it was pretty much all egg and a few small bite size pieces of sausage, enough egg for 2 or 3 sandwiches.

Came in at 1:30p employee yelled the place was closed from behind the counter when sign and online states 2p. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Having grown up near New York City, I consider myself to be quite particular about bagels and "Nova" smoked salmon. A few places on Cape Cod are quite good with these ingredients -- but nothing matches The Bagel Dudes. Fresh, succulent bagels...generous portions of Nova that melt in your mouth...and a most friendly, accommodating staff including Laurie and Kayla. They have a great variety of bagels and sandwich combos as well as decent coffee. Just get there early because they often run out of some of their staples. A local gem.

Read the comments before you even think about it! I wish I had. Same bad experiences!! Literally out of everything I wanted to order on the menu 4 tries in a row. Nothing crossed off menu though. What I ended up with was inedible, a microwaved mess of breakfast sandwiches. Better off going to someplace like Cumberland Farms to get a microwaved thing there! Cashier rude, looked and acted completely bored. The whole 'dining area' looked cheaply put together, cabinents wide open, nothing stocked and dirty tables everywhere. This was not a busy time!!! While I waited, I saw behind the counter where they were putting together food and there were two people in absolute chaos with ingredients everywhere and looking completely overwhelmed. I believe the few people who wrote that they pay for people to give good reviews. Stunningly bad experience all around.

Out of cream for coffee. Cashier annoyed at people asking questions about computer stating wrong order. Bagel was tasteless (despite being everything bagel) and the cream cheese had a weird texture and was tasteless. Will not be back.

Went this morning got a sun dried tomato bagel with bacon chive cream cheese. The bacon in the cream cheese is RAW. So disgusting I took one bite and knew something was wrong. Will not go back

Love coming to Bagel Dudes! It has become our favorite morning spot for bagels and coffee before heading to the beach. Bagels are fresh, delicious, and there’s always a good variety. Laurie is fabulous- always so welcoming and helpful. The kids love our trips to Bagel Dudes to see her :)
We enjoyed our experience at Bagel Dudes a few months back. Folks were nice and the sandwiches were good. My friend Laurie works there and says the experience behind the counter is equally positive.

I door dash as a second job on the weekends. Every time i get an order here something gets messed up. My first customer this morning at 730 am ordered 12 bagels with a lb. of cream cheese. When i go to pick it up they tell me they are out of plain bagels and he will have to substitute 3 of them for something else. He chose sesame .. they only had 2 left so they picked a different one that he didn't ask for and put it in the bag. Once i get to the customers house i realize they didn't give him the cream cheese. Customer had to call for a refund. The second order was 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. I waited 20 minutes for the order. All they gave me was the food no drinks. I go back and hand them my phone to read the order correctly. She gives me one coffee. I ask her if she has a straw and she said "no we are out sorry". I go to drop the oder off and the customer tells me it's supposed to be 2 coffees not one. So just this morning the "bagel" dudes were out of bagels and straws by 8am. They didn't send cream cheese with a customer who ordered a dozen bagels and paid for it.They didn't give the second customer the coffee they paid for and then expected them to figure out something for a straw. Other than doing deliveries from here - i've been here 2 times personally and both times i've waited upwards of 30 min for a coffee and a bagel. The food is good but not worth getting the wrong stuff or losing the whole morning for it. They have a bunch of teenagers running it. They need a company reorg. if that company is going to stand a chance in that location.

I was a fan of the bagel dudes. However, the service today was terrible. First of all, the cashier in the front is absolutely rude and has no customer manners.I truly hope the bagel guys see this and really look for a new cashier that can be empathetic and help when someone orders. She was RUDE, didn’t know what they had in stock and ordered the wrong sandwich for my husband.It was honestly a terrible experience.

I was early for work want so I wanted to treat myself…easy order plain bagel with veggie cream cheese. They didn’t have either! How do you run out of plain bagels??? Very disappointing. I could deal with plain cream cheese but I like a plain bagel. And I wasn’t told until after I paid! The staff was nice and apologetic but seriously!

I’ve never left a negative review before but felt like this store needs to work on a lot of things.Quality: It is clear that the bagels aren’t made on-site. When bagels are made on-site you can smell it when you walk in and when we walked in it smelled like nothing. Also in the prep area there are microwaves which are clearly used for breakfast sandwiches. Not what you want to see when looking for a fresh made-to-order breakfast sandwich.Service: The cashier was not friendly at all. When we walked in there was a group ahead of us ordering. The one girl tried to order avocado on her breakfast sandwich and the cashier said they don’t have avocado when clearly they offer avocado on their lunch menu. Even if you are out of something, there is a better way to communicate that to the customer rather than just shutting them down. Another girl came back in to return a pick up order that was supposed to have bacon on it. The cashier bluntly told her they were out of bacon and just stared at her. Again, this should have been communicated in the order pick up rather than just ignoring it. The woman asked what she was supposed to do since she paid for the bacon. The cashier seemed annoyed and said they could refund her. This should not have needed to be asked for, it should have been an immediate refund and not just ignored in the initial pickup. At 8:30 AM they were out of regular coffee and every breakfast meat except for sausage. I understand businesses run out of things but they are literally 10 feet away from a market to pick up a few things to hold them over until their next delivery.
