We not only got to eat, we also got a Christmas Tree festival too.
Silly control of carts after recent rain. Any golfer worth their salt knows how to utilize course courtesy such as rough only travel, 90 degrees, avoid puddles etc, so restricting carts to paths only is greedy and offensive. I ride at 70 years cuz I can’t comfortably walk. Cart paths only is almost worse than walking. There were plenty of rangers to remind players to stay on paths, utilize those same staff in better course management. I learned to play here 34 years ago and will likely not return.
Very disappointing experience. I booked a reservation through Open Table for 10AM brunch on Father's Day, only to arrive at the restaurant to have absolutely no brunch in sight. The woman at the snack bar was very confused, but at least nice about telling us that 2 Jerks does not even begin cooking their food until 11AM, and they definitely do not do brunch. Not only did we need to find another place to eat on a very busy day, but we drove all the way there for absolutely nothing but an empty snack bar and a function hall with a sticky floor. I'd recommend that they coordinate better with reservation websites if they are going to use them...it's incredibly frustrating as a customer to think you are all set with plans only to show up and have all of the information wrong.
Great place for casual dining. BBQ ribs and brisket are fantastic. Fish sandwich and pizzas are also very good. But the best feature is their outdoor seating...BEST VIEWS in the area. Not only of the golf course, but also of the wild bird nesting area. I can't wait to try out Prime Rib night on Thursday. Definitely worth a visit.
Recently had lunch at the Easton Country Club and had a great pulled pork sandwich. Great service and food. I may not golf, but I do like to eat and would recommend trying to food. I saw additional outdoor seating under cover is almost done. Another plus. Will be going back for more.
These guys do outstanding BBQ! I’ve had most of the menu over the past couple of years and everything has been excellent. Brisket, gumbo, burgers, wings, chicken, ribs... all excellent. I golf at Easton Country Club, and have been golfing for decades. At most golf courses all you can get us a hot dog so having 2 Jerks there for post round eats is amazing! And being able to sit outside makes it even better.
Awesome food. Dry rub wings were phenomenal. Smashburger is best burger around. Rotisserie chicken can’t be beat as well. Definitely check them out.
Another great experience. We went for the food and to try out their Trivia night and we weren't disappointed. Food and service were good. BBQ was delicious. Salad with grilled chicken was good and fresh. Prime Rib was an excellent cut and cooked just right. One couple tried their pizza and loved it. We were indoors because of weather and Trivia, which is ok, but outdoor patios are awesome.
I have heard decent things about 2 Jerks Grille, but I think it applied to their main restaurant in Raynham. In their defense, I think the Easton Country Club should have done more to update the "restaurant". It literally looks like a VFW hall from the 70's! The restaurant is mixed with their typical hot dog stand/basic bar. Many of us in Easton have always said how we do not understand how the golf club hasn't made that a true restaurant, especially where Easton has always had so few restaurants. Now there's a bit more competition, but I'm convinced that place would be a gold mine if they did it right. My husband and I were hopeful that it would be a good experience now that this 2 Jerks restaurant moved in, but it was a big disappointment!! My steak for $27 was literally the cheapest cut of steak I have ever had except for in a cafeteria. The waitress was new, but tried and was pleasant. It was nice to look out at the golf course, but again, maybe they should take a tree down or two so you can actually get a better look. Then again...the golf course isn't kept up as nicely as it should, so maybe we're not missing too much?
The only reason I put the noise rating as high was because of a group of people playing poker behind us and were louder, one guy in particular, than everyone in the place. I understand that this is not a Michelin Star rated place and I don't even care they were playing poker but I couldn't even hear what the person was saying who sat with me and I was a foot away from her. Nonetheless, great BBQ as always and I definitely will be back.
