Bostons best chocolate raspberry coffee is bar none the best coffee I have ever tasted. I have turned on so many friends at pickle ball to the product just by the aromatic smell !!

They have the best Keurig Pods. Been ordering from them for years. However… the website is terrible. Difficult to navigate and the subscription service is either broken or poorly designed.

They have my payment method saved and yet I still have to physically go in every month and MANUALLY approve the purchase every month rather than it simply charging my card and shipping me my order! What’s the point of a subscription if it’s not automatic???! I contacted customer service and they told me to redo it, (which I did and it still doesn’t work) so they obviously don’t even know it’s broken.

You also can’t modify the subscription (like changing the quantity) without scrapping the whole thing and starting over! It’s almost worthless.With a subscription you should be able to set it up and it works with no interaction from me. They need to just copy what Amazon does. You set it up and every month your order arrives. Seems pretty obvious…

Very disappointing and very frustrating. As I said, I contacted customer service and they did nothing to fix it and just told me to redo it. Not sure they even understand the how a subscription is supposed to work! I honestly think the owner hired his Nephew to do their website. It’s horrible.

I was so excited when they added subscriptions, but in its current state, it barely more convenient than ordering from scratch. Big thumbs down on that, but I still gave it 4 stars because the coffee is so good. Please fix the subscription service!!!!

I love your coffee. Your flavored coffee ‘Banana Nut Bread’ is impossible to find!! I’m so upset. I have dozens of flavors in my coffee bar, but I’m down to 1 box open & 1 box unopened. So I won’t run out tomorrow, but none the less I will run out!! I drink it everyday. It’s my favorite coffee!!! PLEASE let me know where I can find this flavor of your coffee. Please don’t say you have cut it from your line!!! Please make bunches of this!!!

I found the number & called the manufacturer directly. I bought it & had it shipped in 1 phone call. Nice folks!!!
Now WalMart has been stocking it more often. I also found on Amazon. They keep my favorite flavor most of the time.

I am a huge fan of flavored coffee and Boston's Best is hands down my favorite! The Pistachio Ice Cream is truly the best coffee I've ever had in my life!!

This is some AMAZING coffee. I love supporting local businesses. The Wicked Awesome dark roast is one of the best I've had. I can't wait to try the Hazelnut and Pumpkin Spice. Sadly, they don't have tours. However, I was surprised by the fact that their prices are no different than store prices. Very good coffee from a local roaster at affordable prices. WHAT'S BETTER THAN THAT (I yell excitedly)!UPDATE! In my picture is the Pumpkin Spice Coffee, and YIPPEEEEE!!!! Oh, send me to autumn heaven! I'm definitely buying more for the season. It is THE BEST Pumpkin Spice coffee I've ever had. The different spice blend is what sets it apart from others. I don't use sugar, only half and half, and the spice flavoring comes through as smooth as silk. I might lose my mind once I try the Hazelnut! More to come! Enjoy people!

I was assaulted by your employee!!!This morning I pulled into my Private Property where I see a white van parked right in the front. The parking lot is private and it’s clear to see because of about 12 signs stating it’s private and also the entrance is blocked off with not only a chain but also a bright orange cone.I politely said to this man walking back to the white van (with no logo)- “excuse me, there’s no parking here”he said rudely back to me -“Yea. I know.”I asked him -“well you know but you’re just going to stay there anyways?”He says back to me -“yup”.I said- “that’s being pretty entitled”He then proceed to double flip me off and get into the white van.At this point I want to know who he so unprofessionally works for and took out my phone to get his license plate and some type of logo…. There was NONEBut when he opened his door to say something to me I couldn’t understand I saw it on his shirt.I asked him who he works for and he said- “you don’t need to know” and shut his door.I took one step closer to get the logo on his shirt since we wouldn’t tell me his self and he very fast flung his door wide open in order to hit me with it, and it did. And almost hit me car leaving.The police WERE called and shown the a report was taken, but I really hope this isn’t the type of employee that represents your company.

The this coffee, my favorite is the Jamaican me crazy. I can't get enough of it.
