never had an issue with this starbucks until my sister and i went inside to order coffees this morning and they took 40 minutes to make her cold brew? nobody asked us what we were waiting for and avoided eye contact so that they wouldn’t have to hear us complain. yes they were busy but everyone who ordered after us got their drinks before her and it was simply rediculous. 40 minutes.

Super friendly people who work here. This particular Starbucks is the best Starbucks in the region. The coffees are good quality and the cafe is always clean. Very quaint place to stop in for a drink and a bite to eat.

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but my experience at the South Easton Starbucks was so off-putting, I felt like I had to say something. There’s a girl who works there — she has short hair with a bluish-green tint in the front, kind of like she’s trying to stand out, and trust me, she does… but not in a good way. Every time I go in, she acts like she runs the entire place. I don’t know if she’s the manager or just thinks she is, but either way, the way she carries herself is just flat-out rude and unnecessarily aggressive.

What really gets me is how she talks to customers — especially me. She always questions me or gives me a weird attitude like I’m supposed to know who she is or be intimidated by her or something. I’m literally just trying to order a drink and go about my day, but she makes it incredibly awkward and uncomfortable every time. It’s almost like she goes out of her way to make people feel unwelcome. The vibe she gives off is annoying, judgmental, and just… weird. I can’t be the only one who feels this way. It’s not just bad customer service — it feels personal, like she’s sizing you up or looking for a reason to be difficult. And let’s be honest — it’s not my fault she chose to look like that or act like that. I don’t owe her a reaction, but she seems to want one.

If this is how Starbucks allows their staff to treat paying customers, it’s really disappointing. I’ve never had an issue at any other location, but South Easton seems to be in a league of its own — and not in a good way. If you want to be stereotyped, looked up and down, talked down to, or just straight up disrespected for no reason, then sure, stop by. But if you’re just looking for a decent drink and some basic courtesy, I’d highly recommend skipping this location altogether.

Do you want to wait a long time for your order? Do you like being ignored by unfriendly/rude staff? Do you like watching someone prepare your coffee without even as going as far as putting on gloves or washing their hands? Then this is the Starbucks for you! The rest of us would be better off going to the Target or Shaw's in store stands, both right around the corner. At least the service is better there.

Absolutely horrible. Do not go here we waited 30 minutes for a strawberry acai lemonade and when we asked they gave us HORRIBLE attitude. do not go here. I could have driven to florida and back in this time span.

Someone please tell me where the original people to the Starbucks went because it is not the same. I know that it is totally different crew right now. I used to go there every morning while I was super pregnant and got to know the employees. They were warm, kind, and the food and drinks were accurately done. This is not what’s happening anymore. They are cold in the morning. The drinks are wrong and I’ve had an issue every single damn time in the last six months. Seriously though, where is the girl that had the long dreads and long braids. These are two different women to be clear. Those two are team members that should be getting a raise. If they quit because of issues with pay, someone needs to get better pay for them and get them the heck back .

So the weekday crew are awesome but the weekend crew are the worst I've ever seen at a Starbucks ill drive the distance from now on to the further one girl inside today was rude and the short Lil guy was extremely rude never greeted at the window seem extremely aggravated that I ordered what I ordered even through the mic and at the window they made it wrong and seemed angry I came back in for them to remake both Frappuccino there excuse was it's only cookie crumble even though I didn't ask for cookie crumble and the remake of both was lousy loaded with an inch of caramel on the bottom of cup even though its sapossed to be caramel drizzle cmon Starbucks I'm very disappointed!

Ugh the guy at the window touched the drink the barista was making rushed her through it like because he felt like my drink didn’t need to be made the way it should maybe cuz I kept my 89 cents because I was gonna give them a dollar tip Starbucks says you are not supposed to touch the bar if you are working the register. He took the ice. Up from the girl poured my ice into the cup slammed it with the bottom of was so nasty I’m going to another place and also reporting them. I won’t eat my danish I don’t trust him.

Excellent store. Very well managed and cared for. Sincerely great atmosphere and people. Special shout out to Dawt who goes out of his way all the time to make me feel wanted and well served. :)
