I’ve given this location 3 seperate chances at getting my order right ( they are within a mile from where I live. ) Staff at drive thru were dismissive, and no matter how I ordered my coffee/ latte it was incorrect. First time I waited at the window for 11 minutes. Lady behind me got so aggravated she sped off without her order. It would be nice if the staff was friendly but I care more about the actual product I’m paying for. I will never go back to this location.
The absolute best, hands down location is at 4 corners(202) in Granby.

Horrible service and slow
Worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone to, found hair in my drink. Cashier lady was quick and snarky and seems like she hates being there.

I went to get a coffee in the morning! I ended up having to call police to get my money back. They sold me the wrong thing then said I didn’t order a coffee. I called the cops to get my refund and then they started lying saying they asked me to leave and I was being aggressive. I have a pending case them lying about things could get me in jail for a long time. I don’t appreciate it and I would higher recommend not going here it’s not worth the headache and potential charges cause they are a bunch of little girls.

Very kind staff, Hassana helped me out and was so kind! The reviews worried me, but the staff was nothing but helpful, fast, kind, and my drink + food tasted amazing ☺️ Will be coming back

This is one of the worst Dunkin locations you could go to. If I could give negative stars, I would. Go to the new one on Memorial Drive. There are maybe two staff that work here that aren't miserable and take it out on everyone else. I understand it gets unimaginably busy and overwhelming at times, but no one is forcing you to work there if you hate it THAT much. Nothing is ever made correctly, and if you try and bring that to their attention (because I deserve to get what I spent my money on, whether you want to make it or not) they get defensive and visibly annoyed. Trust me, I get it, I worked at the Big Y in South Hadley for 6 years, I know how some of the customers can get when it comes to their food around here, but you need to have a damn team meeting or something and be better. There are staff there that have been there for years, you'd think by now you'd want to have some sort of professionalism in the literal career that you're in. And the fact that almost every other review is negative should say something and be brought to corporate's attention.

they forgot my cold foam and before i even said anything the woman taking orders from the drive thru line realized and fixed it for me. everyone was so kind and had amazing attitudes despite it being 7:45am. all the women working this morning deserve a raise. they were all so kind it was the best interaction i have ever had at a dunkin.
Staff is always really nice in the drive through. All my orders are done right!

The WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Nothing is EVER right when I go there. I would never write a bad review considering we all have bad days but this is just crazy at this point. I will drive 15 minutes to go to another one.

Horrible manager here, no help at all. I Would rather go to the dollar general next door and buy the ingredients and make the coffee there.
ZERO STARS is the accurate Rating for this Dunkin because without a doubt the worst Dunkin experience ever. Went in on a weekday afternoon and after waiting in the empty restaurant ( 1 in drive thru ) for a very long time at the vacant order counter, I placed my order and was treated with total disrespect. Being bilingual in spanish I understood the disgusting conversation between the employees while I patiently waited. I was clearly a disruption and bother to the employees there. Eventually the employee hands me my botched order and receipt, ...for me never to return again!

Brought my children in to use the bathroom/ purchase a drink. And before I even got to the register, while my child was in the bathroom, I got harassed by an employee that I needed to purchase something in order to use the bathroom. Employ proceeded to tell me that I NEEDED to purchase something first, in order to use their bathroom. However, the door was unlocked and I'm not going to deny my 9 and 3 year old from using the restroom. She was rude and insistent in her attitude/ claim. So I decided we were going to leave, upon trying to leave she continued to harass me that we needed to purchase something. I did not. And left. I've been going here for 20 years...what an absolute shame. Unbelievable.
