The WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Nothing is EVER right when I go there. I would never write a bad review considering we all have bad days but this is just crazy at this point. I will drive 15 minutes to go to another one.

Horrible manager here, no help at all. I Would rather go to the dollar general next door and buy the ingredients and make the coffee there.

ZERO STARS is the accurate Rating for this Dunkin because without a doubt the worst Dunkin experience ever. Went in on a weekday afternoon and after waiting in the empty restaurant ( 1 in drive thru ) for a very long time at the vacant order counter, I placed my order and was treated with total disrespect. Being bilingual in spanish I understood the disgusting conversation between the employees while I patiently waited. I was clearly a disruption and bother to the employees there. Eventually the employee hands me my botched order and receipt, ...for me never to return again!

If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Brought my children in to use the bathroom/ purchase a drink. And before I even got to the register, while my child was in the bathroom, I got harassed by an employee that I needed to purchase something in order to use the bathroom. Employ proceeded to tell me that I NEEDED to purchase something first, in order to use their bathroom. However, the door was unlocked and I'm not going to deny my 9 and 3 year old from using the restroom. She was rude and insistent in her attitude/ claim. So I decided we were going to leave, upon trying to leave she continued to harass me that we needed to purchase something. I did not. And left. I've been going here for 20 years...what an absolute shame. Unbelievable.

this dunkin on newton st south hadley is so much better now that the servers are well mannered grown ups instead of immature racist high school girls

will recommend until they let those girls work again lol

DO NOT go to this dunkin if you want to be treated with respect and decency! this dunkin charged me over $15 for my order, said they couldn’t make it, then had the audacity to give ME attitude over their mess up. i ordered a latte and avocado toast and they said they couldn’t make either things then refused to refund me. they told me i had to do it myself on the app or call the support number, but when i called the number they couldn’t take my call. the online assistant also said they couldn’t help. because of this, i went back into the dunkin to try to figure it out and asked if they could try to call, but they continued to refuse to help and were acting incredibly rude. these employees have a serious attitude problem and i absolutely do not recommend this location whatsoever.

they charged my partner $15 for the items they ordered and then said that they could not make any of them. and THEN they refused to give them a refund and told us we had to go through dunkin support, which was also unresponsive. the staff is bitchy and unhelpful. do not go here. ridiculous

It’s crazy anytime I go in here never have a bad experience, if anything they always hook up my little one with donuts which is super sweet and helpful.

quinn was very rude tried to take my order and asked me in a rude way. What do you want? Jay was a nicest person in there helping me and I decided to leave a good review for him. Love this Dunkin, but some of the people in there are rude.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in the area. Ordered an iced latte, and was told to pull forward, a few cars were in front of us so we waited. Got up to the window, and paid in cash. After they took our money, they decided that was a good time to inform us that their latte machine was broken. We did not want anything other than a latte, so we asked for our money back. The staff (all on their phones while talking to us) said a refund was impossible, but they also could not give us the product we were promised. So, this Dunkin just kept our money.
