They have vegan protein! Tofu can be added to most dishes!
The tofu crunch roll is STELLAR
Possible improvements:
Would love if the Hibachi sauce was vegan so you didn’t have to modify the dish as much

Ummm.. I understand the hype. First time trying IYA (was looking for a new sushi place). I’m pretty easy to please but now I see why this place is well liked. Everything was so fresh! I got a shrimp tempura roll with salmon on top, eel sauce, and spicy mayo. Besides the fact that I ate it too fast (was amazed by the quality), everything was delicious.
I have never had a good experience getting takeout from here!!! I usually get the chicken ramen and that will come in two separate things: a covered container for the broth and a plastic case for the ramen parts. The broth will ALWAYS leak out of the bucket and then I'm usually left with less than I was given. I wish they would change the container for the broth. Feels like a total scam.
