Ordered the hibachi chicken with noodles I was disappointed I usually order from hibachi express in chicopee since they never disappoint but they were closed today so I decided to try this place out the chicken had no flavor barley any teriyaki sauce the noodles were the only good part and very small portion compared to Chicopee hibachi express

Master Chef used to be the best in this area when it comes to ramen. But they started to go downhill recently. The broth has no consistency at all. It’s like you’re gambling when you order their ramen. This week could be really delicious, rich broth but don’t count on it for next week. It could be so watery and tastes like the broth you get from a cup noodles. As their regular customers who have ordered their ramen weekly, we are really disappointed. But we don’t like the broth at IYA so we’ll still go back to Master Chef. So please work on the consistency of the broth!

The food was okay. We ordered a sushi combo and the cut was too big. The roll was not done with care. The rice is not sushi rice or not cooked the way it suppose to be cooked. I understand why it has high ratings as when I look at the reviews they all have rolls or ramen. I am still looking for a sushi place in Western Mass that is authentic Japanese, high quality fish and great service.

We've been here quite a few times, both online order for takeout and dine in. We've never had a bad experience or bad food.
The food is extraordinary and made with love and care for every item you order. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Shoutout to Joe for always making the best and most beautiful sushi dishes. They are SO good!
Would recommend this place for anyone wanting sushi, Ramen, hibachi. Literally everything on the menu is delicious!

All the rolls we got, kimchi fried rice, seaweed salad, and miso soup were delicious. Very well seasoned! Put other local restaurants to shame with how flavorful and unique their food is.
The only thing I didn't like was that the server brought us the check without asking if we wanted dessert.. which we did! It seemed odd to be rushed when the place was just shy of empty.
Anyways, overall a great experience, and we'll be back to try more special rolls!
