This restaurant contacted my company to repair their kitchen exhaust fan. Before dispatching a technician, I clearly explained that the service call was $200, which the owner agreed to. My technician drove two hours to their location, diagnosed the issue, and recommended a new motor. The owner declined the repair but still owed the $200 service call fee. Instead, he paid only $100, going back on his word. This business is not trustworthy and does not honor agreements.
I hope others choose not to support this restaurant, as no one should reward a business that refuses to honor agreed-upon terms.

Great little restaurant. The service was pleasant, and the food DELICIOUS. I had the Firecracker roll that was suggested by the waitress. I did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh, and the plating was super cute.

I want for the first time and The server, the waiter, the cooks everything was awesome hospitality was very nice outgoing very comfortable always made sure we were very well taken care of if we need anything else and the food was amazing…

Ordered the hibachi chicken with noodles I was disappointed I usually order from hibachi express in chicopee since they never disappoint but they were closed today so I decided to try this place out the chicken had no flavor barley any teriyaki sauce the noodles were the only good part and very small portion compared to Chicopee hibachi express

Master Chef used to be the best in this area when it comes to ramen. But they started to go downhill recently. The broth has no consistency at all. It’s like you’re gambling when you order their ramen. This week could be really delicious, rich broth but don’t count on it for next week. It could be so watery and tastes like the broth you get from a cup noodles. As their regular customers who have ordered their ramen weekly, we are really disappointed. But we don’t like the broth at IYA so we’ll still go back to Master Chef. So please work on the consistency of the broth!
