Went for Christmas lights, beautiful had great time.

My family went tonight to the Holiday Light Walkthrough and had a great time! The lights were absolutely amazing! We were all so impressed! I will definitely go back next year!!

I like this farm a lot, but because it’s really popular it is always super busy when I get a chance to visit. I don’t mind standing in line for a little while but it’s annoying when parents let their kids scream and run around bumping into strangers.
That’s not a fault of the company itself, but it’s something that happens every time I go to this farm.
I love that they have gluten free options, and both the gluten free almond Raspberry bar and the Gluten Free chocolate cake were delicious! I loved them both so much I would go back just for those two desserts.
I wish they had a gluten free bread option so I could order a sandwich or a burger.

The most recent visit I went to was the holiday light stroll. It was beautiful and I had a wonderful time. My complaints again were with the people holding up the line or not moving aside with their children and strollers when they needed to stop for more than a couple minutes.

Took 4 hrs in line. Fast lane slowed everything down. Limited entertainment while in line. Was not worth my time. I never go again. DementedFX in Holyoke was excellent

We had an event here and I have nothing good to say about it. The event room was absolutely filthy. Food stained walls, dirty 2 inch dust and dirt everywhere. Broken screens and filth on windows. Last year's christmas tree still sitting in the corner. Just awful. Could be a cute place if someone showed it some love

Very disappointed in the service. Our agency ordered close to 200 pumpkins ahead of time, paid over $500. When we got there we were shown a pile of pumpkins and told they were short staffed and the staff said they had to go and walked away so we loaded them into the pickup truck ourselves. In past years they would put them in a large box and use a forklift to put them in the truck for us. I don’t usually complain but this was unacceptable and should have been relayed to us when we called to order them.

I paid for 2 tickets and did not expect to be standing in line for 3 hours and not even be halfway through the line. We were not prepared for the cold that came because we did not expect to be there that long. We had to leave now. My daughter has been sick for the last 3 days. We went there on saturday and of course we don't get any kind of money back or an invite to come back another time

Really upset and heartbroken about the condition of the animals.. there was loads of trash in the ponds where the ducks were swimming around to find food. Cans and plastic on the grass and in the water. I watched a goat eat an entire large piece of plastic wrap and there was plastic straws and just pieces of trash/plastic in their fenced in area. Horrible thing for my small son to witness and it leads a terrible example for kids on how to care for not only animals but the planet in general.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! I bought my tickets @. 6:30 and the line had atleast 300+ people in it already. The line didn’t move an inch for 1 hour. They have a fast track line that you can upgrade your ticket to for $20 per ticket. That is the only line that moved. I asked 2 staff miembers why my line wasn’t moving and was told they only move the fast track line because those people upgraded and it wasn’t fair to them! The staff was rude and showed no empathy. He said you came on the busiest night of the year and said if I didn’t want to wait to either come back or pay the difference so I could get in the fast line.. I asked him if he thought I’d still be in line at 11:00 or midnight he said maybe…. My $150 was apparently not important to this business and now that they have my money they don’t care if I’m happy or not. It is ridiculous to expect people to wait in line for 5 hours in the cold. The line is now halfway into the parking lot! It’s a safety issue to have people waiting in a line where cars are pulling in and out. What was supposed to be a fun night has turned into a huge disappointment for our grandchildren. I will never come back and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time at their pumpkin patch! Super reasonable pumpkin prices, and the tractor ride out to the patch was also a fun time. Dog-friendly pumpkin patch with a petting zoo, as well as rides/games for kids

We paid $90 for the haunted hayride that included waiting in line nearly 4 hours (way longer than rides at Disneyland). We ended up leaving. Very disappointed. Very poorly managed.

Line is ridiculous! Already been in line for an hour and moved less than a hundred feet. There's only one attraction here, this is why.

I had the bannana ice cream made with real bannanas
