Anyone who rates this restaurant less than 5 stars is absurd. I am a huge foodie and have found that there are VERY few good restaurants in the Valley. Saigon Chef is EASILY #1. Frankly I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars it’s that good!!! The pho is spectacular—I have no idea how they make the broth so flavorful. Truly a feat! This unassuming restaurant is a must-visit. The staff are very friendly, too!

This is literally the best pho I’ve ever had!!!! I’ve had an a lot of pho! Absolutely delicious!!! I dream about this meal all time!! Best vegan and gf pho !!! Really appreciate it!! Consistent too, I’ve been several times and it’s always just as good!! Nice space to eat and friendly staff! Thank you! :)

By far the best Vietnamese place in the Valley! Phở tái broth was a little oily but very flavourful. Bún bò Huế was wonderful, with a generous amount of beef. Great atmosphere and service. I will be making the drive every time I want pho in the future!
Ive been here couple of times already. I love all the food. My boyfriend and I tried mostly of their food menu. It never disappoints us. We always have a good experience here.

best food in SHadley!! the space is clean, attractive and welcoming. i had the pho and the broth was so clear (the chefs know) and exceptionally delicious! im so happy this spot came to our town, please go and spend a lunch with them- they will take care of you!

Great atmosphere! Bomb viet coffee and great vibes and prices. Also Rosie is so sweet and has the best service! Their coffee puts Starbucks & Dunkin to absolute shame.
Cozy, quiet, and inviting spot with great service. The beef pho is some of the best I’ve ever had. Taro milk is excellent, and while the strawberry smoothie could use a bit more flavor, it’s still good. We have plenty of pho options closer to home, but I’d gladly drive 40 minutes for the pho here.

Delicious and cozy spot. Ive had chicken pho, shrimp pho, spring rolls and shrimp crepe. Kids loved it all (they’re picky!) and the strawberry smoothie. I’ll be more adventurous in ordering on future visits !
