expensive and useless

The açaí bowl was not the best. I couldn’t finish it because the fruit tasted bitter and unripe. Unfortunately, I was overcharged. For a large bowl, it says $11.50. But when I payed, I was charged $20.87. Also it says “bowl” but it’s really just a plastic cup. On top of that, the workers we looking at me and my party and laughing. Bad desserts, and even worse customer service. I won’t be coming here again.

I've lived in Hyannis Cape Cod for the past 7 years and this is by far the best Ice Cream I've ever enjoyed. They have nothing but fresh ingredients and they will make you feel at home whenever you enter the front door. I wish they were open all year, but I appreciate going as much as possible all summer. I dare anyone to give them a try, I'm sure you will agree once you try them, they are the best Icecream parlor in Cape Cod. They also have the best Smoothies with the freshest fruits, guaranteed to satisfy the soul.

The best Banana split ever.

My daughter and I had a great time at Ice Cream by Sprinkles! The staff were amazing making a banana split exactly the way my daughter wanted and I tried their famous Açaí with the fresh fruits! Absolutely amazing! We went back the next day and I tried the blue panda ice cream…. Just delicious!!! We will be back next summer!!!

Good ice cream and excellent service

I went to this place thinking it was some place barely holding on due to the DQ across the street. Oh boy was I wrong. I was intrigued to find it was run by a boy named Peter and his lovely family. This place was amazing from the food and the service. The treated me like I was family. I love their ice cream. I love this place 10/10 definitely recommend.

Takes 20 minuets for a root beer float with nobody else in line, just for the ice cream to be terrible. There is a Dairy Queen across the street, just go to that. On top of all that my friend ordered a frappe and got mint chocolate chip ice cream and was forced to take it. Would not recommend.

DO NOT eat here if you have food allergies! We informed our server of my daughter's tree nut allergy. She assured us that nuts would not be a problem. We specifically asked about the granola on her acai bowl. We took the bowls how and there were almonds in the granola. It was frightening. They do not respect/ understand food allergies. I hope this review will save someone else from making the same mistake.

This place was amazing!
The acai bowl was absolutely amazing 10/10 recommendation and also there is a family fun mini golf right next door. This place is awesome if you have kids.

Run of the mill ice cream joint. Ice cream for 4 costs around $22. Have had better ice cream elsewhere.

this place sucks never going back!!!!! when we tried to order, they were pretty simple orders and they messed it up 2 times. they messed up a VANILLA ice cream 2 times. The service is absolutely horrendous and they only had 3 workers. Our friends in front of us waited 45 min until they got there ice cream and forgot one of the orders, while the other workers were making the ice cream the lady that took the orders was waiting right in front of us doing our hair instead of taking our orders, she waited to take our order until our friends got there ice cream 45 min later. also they could barley speak english, were rude, and not cooperating with us. once again this place SUCKS and the service is TERRIBLE they are stupid people who probably couldn’t graduate high school and messed up vanilla ice cream w/ sprinkles. ( never ever coming back 0/10)
