When my Mom was on hospice she wanted to visit the Irish Village one last time. Not only did they make her stay amazing, they went above and beyond for her. They went as far as changing the shower head to a hand held to make showering more comfortable for her. They wouldn't take any money for her room or meals. They always treated her like family before she got sick and even more so after. A lot of her favorite memories were here and I was so happy she got one last time to...
Stayed recently for an event. Conference centre was very good in terms of amenities, and that side of the building I was reasonably impressed by. Once you get back into the main accommodation it appears a bit rundown, carpets are frayed and generally appears a little worn. Most of the staff were quite polite but one encounter at the bar really soured the whole experience as I observed a member of staff first ignore, then shrug , tut and huff and finally outright mock another...
