WOW the best, family friendly service!! - I came with my family of 5, it was very hot and the kids were begging for ice cream, so we had to stop at our favorite place! First time coming to this location! The place was very clean and they had AC - which felt amazing on a hot summer day, what an immediate relief for the kids!

Despite being very busy the girls behind the counter provided FAST SERVICE! Kept the line moving while being very personable and friendly to the kids and looked to be really enjoying their job! You can tell whoever manages this place put in a lot of love and care to create such a welcoming environment!

11/10 recommend coming to this place! And of course the ice cream was AMAZING!

Would not recommend this store to anyone ever!! I purchased the 6 pack of cupcakes for my daughters birthday online of which only two cupcakes were in the container and the two remaining ones were half melted and looked like someone used their fingers to eat the top off. The lady at the store didn’t notice this!??? And there is no manager to speak with. Worst experience!!

I am a former worker at the southborough location. The owner(sonal badiani khakhar) is very careless and unprofessional. She is aware there are cockroaches, but does nothing to prevent them. As well as she still serves all the food cockroaches have most likely contaminated, to costumers. There are constant cockroaches everywhere including the ice creams, mix-ins, brownies, etc that people order on a daily basis. She also owns another food business called Aahanas. Therefore i do not recommend you come to this location to get ice cream nor support her other business.

I had a truly unpleasant experience at Coldstone. While ordering my ice cream, I couldn't help but notice a number of nasty cockroaches scurrying around the floor and even on the counters. It completely ruined my appetite and left me with serious concerns about the cleanliness of the establishment. I strongly advise against dining here until they address this hygiene issue.

another former employee who finds this place ridiculous. the way it’s managed is absolutely horrible. roaches everywhere, which seems to be an issue that gets dismissed even by corporate considering one of my co-workers had a call with one of them about it and although they seemed mad about it, they are still there and the owner doesn’t seem to care much, instead another former co worker and I got fired for speaking on how we felt. the workload you have as teenagers when you get there to do in a span of 2-3 hours is also absurd and makes you wonder what she does for the 3-4 hours she’s there because once we got there in the afternoons she’d leave. the amount of issues I had here in a span of 3 months of working there is ridiculous and am not the only one who feels this way considering she likes to fire people with no reason to be given. such a disgusting place.

Just got ice cream here and had the worst experience ever in my life while getting ice cream. I saw roaches in the store and even close to the ice cream!!!. This absolutey disgusted me and ruined my appetite. I highly don’t recommend coming here because it is not sanitary at all.

Hands-down, the best ice cream

Best ice cream anywhere!!! You can eat inside now too!!! The bathroom was out of order when we were there.
