Good ice cream but got a rude server today, they have been cutting down on how much toppings they put, cheap tactics to make money.

Not only is this place a huge ripoff but you have to wait FOREVER no matter how many people are working. You’d think with the money they charge they would be on their game but not even close.

The quality of ice cream for the price was disappointing, not even a hot day and she hands me a cup of liquid. employee was a bit rude too.

It was an awful experience. I ordered a smoothie, but I got a milkshake instead. I complained to the server and just got some denial. It was not helpful at all, not even a refund was offered. I know what a smoothie tastes like. I believe the server, to make things quicker, didn’t use the frozen fruit they work with and took some ice cream instead. That’s not entirely her fault; she was the only one behind the counter. It's definitely an understaffed location. I'm not coming back for sure.

Extremely disappointed!! I ordered a custom cake last week and paid $35+ for it. When I cut it the whole cake had pieces of paper inside it. This is very disturbing and concerning for me as my whole family consumed it. I really want you to look into this matter since this can be a health hazard especially for children.

It is a good place to share with family, it has a great flavors and good portions.

I am extremely disappointed by this location customer service. We go to pick up my daughter birthday cake, and the guy send us home with the wrong cake. I had to travel back and forth 4 times and was late for her birthday party 40 minutes. Never ordering from them again.

February 6, 2025. What’s seemed like any other day in the life of an average-joe such as myself. What I did not expect, however, was my mind to be busted all over…

I visited the creamery expecting it to taste like any other, yet that is not how it turned out. The cream produced here, specifically by a fellow named Sid, in my case, was particularly excellent.

Regardless of your cream preferences, I simply cannot recommend this location’s enough. The cream here will just absolutely blow your mind.

My life is forever changed after visiting this location, and I’ll be chasing another cream experience of this magnitude for the rest of my life.

Been meaning to check out this ice cream store for a while, recently visited this Coldstone over the weekend and was glad that I did. I love that they have a huge selection of ice cream flavors and toppings to go along with it.

Me and the kids were very impressed with the store’s cleanliness. Will be coming again. The lady at the front is very nice

My server was Sid, he was AWESOME, great guy, great vibes, he brought the BOOM

Lady was very helpful and the store was clean overall, also the oreo overload is delicious everytime

Store was clean and service was good, will be coming again with my kids
