The kid at the counter was rude, not polite at all. Barely said a word back. He also scooped the ice into the cup with his bare hand vs using the scooper. Won't go back to this location again.

Just awful ): I’ve tried to give this dunkins a chance so many times but the service is poor and more than half the time they forget an item. They refuse to put bakery items with your order when you order online and dodge you when you try to request them. Completely ignore you at the pick up counter and when items need to be slightly modified they don’t make the modifications. Multiple times they have forgotten an item and argued about it with me even when I’ve showed them my receipt or will give me items with meat even though I’m a vegetarian. I’ve waited 30+ min for online orders so many times just to be ignored. I know they’re working hard but they could also a little nicer instead of acting like an inconvenience.

Best latte around! ☕️ They don’t have a drive-thru, just walk-in, but I always come here because the latte is totally worth it. I’ve tried lattes at several Dunkin’ locations in Ashland, Framingham, Southborough, Westborough, and Hopkinton—this one makes the best by far. Highly recommend!

It’s a reliable location with good coffee and accessible restrooms, which is a plus for field service technicians and delivery drivers etc.

The cashier must be new so he calling the other person for help but the lady couldn’t give him advice promptly cuz she have the earbuds while making the drink so sadly that is not a good service mind.

The restaurant was clean and the service was very fast. Friendly staff also. 👍

The workers really try hard given they always appear to be short staffed during the morning rush. Sometimes I find it faster to order in person than order online (I actually see orders come out faster). Also the online ordering, your drink may come out first, or sandwich, but they are never consistent so your waiting for one or the other. Otherwise, great crew there.
