I’m a regular at Southborough location. I will remain a customer, but will say that the quality assurance in the kitchen is slipping. My last 3 orders were fouled up in some way.
Nans came highly recommended and it did not disappoint, I had a chicken sandwich which was definitely better than CFA or Canes. The cauliflower Grotin side was unexpectedly good. The nice cashier let me try it. As far as atmosphere it's obviously an old Wendy's but it has been rehabbed with decorations. Plenty of parking.

Food is great. Be sure to have a little time because it can take some a while. It's worth it

Never again. I ordered ahead for lunch and sat there and waited 40 minutes to have to leave because I had meetings. While on the way out the door I stopped at the counter to have them cancel my order and was summarily ignored. With 10 minutes to get back to the office I decided to leave and just eat the $45 for two sandwiches a drink and a side. At that moment, a worker brought out our food without saying a word. I grabbed it so at least my coworker could have her drink as I had a pile of food but no time for us to eat it.
They must have churned out 20 walk in orders while I waited. I paid $45 to wait almost an hour to bring my coworker a coffee and throw away my food because I had meetings all afternoon with no break.
Do NOT recommend.

Parking: This is one of my favorite places. The veggie grain bowls are fantastic!

Love the place. Really good food. Cute, nice gifts available. Nice server. Only down was little things like no salt and pepper, too heavy on coffee cream (I prefer self serve) thanks!

The worst breakfast that I've ever eaten at any restaurant in my 75 years!! At 8 am, the bacon was dried out very hard and chewy as though it sat under a heat lamp for a long time. The eggs were dry and tasteless. The potatoes had too much seasoning. At the counter the young lady said you get two sides. The thing is, they only have 3 sides, seasoned white potatoes, seasoned sweet potatoes and broccoli spears which was about as dried up as the bacon. What about some baked beans folks? The coffee was the only thing that was good
I had passed this restaurant numerous times wanting to give it a try. What a disappointment!!

Fried chicken is delicious! I also really enjoyed the beet salad and the banana pudding reminded me of my Nana’s recipe!
When I was looking for a breakfast place near where we were staying, came across Nan's kitchen. Was not the usual run of the mill. A quaint rustic setup. The carved tools was a nice touch. Coming to the food, we had a simple egg sandwich and coffee. Food was fresh, bacon was cooked just right and as were eggs. We then came back for their famous fried chicken. We had the Nansville Hot. Well seasoned and great flavor. Value for money too. Except the chicken was dripping with oil to our taste.
BTW, service was friendly and prompt.

Sammies NashVille Hot had for lunch today ! Definitely the best delicious 😋
I’ve only ever ordered mobile for pickup and every single time the food is cold. It’s a shame cause the food is very good, but if you order online and it says 30-35 minutes, the food should be ready at the 30 minute mark.
I decided to give Nans another chance today (probably the 4th or 5th time here) and decided to show up 10 minutes early to see if our food would be done, and (to no surprise) it was sitting on the shelf ready to go. Brought it home 2 minutes away, the outside of the sandwich was already cold but the inside thankfully was still warm this time. But this is picking it up 10 minutes early, you can imagine how cold it would’ve been if I went at the actual pick up time and it explains why my food is always ice cold. Please plan accordingly. If you say the food will be done in 30 minutes, don’t make it so early that it’s done in 10 and then just sitting there. For $12 a sandwich, the food should be warm.
Like I said, the food is really good which is why I keep coming back but they really need to sort out the timing. From now on I’ll be showing up 15-20 minutes before the estimated pick up time.
Love this place, food is delicious and rich. Miranda is awesome! :D Cant wait to share this gem with my friends.

I ordered biscuits online and the app said to pick them up in 30 minutes. I showed up 38 minutes later and I was told that “the chef is going to make them fresh right now and they will be ready in 10 minutes”. I ordered them so I could pick them up at the drive thru on my way home, not sit in the parking lot waiting. I asked for a refund and they agreed. I am still waiting for my refund. This is the third time they didn’t have my food ready for me on time. Never again.
HERE IS MY REPLY TO NAN’S: I love your food and I love your lack of accountability. Your response below shows your true character - instead of taking ownership of asking me to wait 10 extra minutes, you try to be funny and belittling.
Pathetic.

Best fried chicken sandwich I've had in years. Can't believe I didn't know this was here.
