I googled boiled bagels because I can’t stand them hard. I like them airy. So I drove from Sudbury to Southborough. The scallion cream cheese was the best! The bagels were pretty good on the inside, but I almost broke my teeth trying to tear a bite, I think it was overcooked on the outside. It was brown. I think they need to not cook them so long!
The service and employees are very good. Cream cheese is also very good. I got a half dozen bagels, 3 sesame, and 3 everything. The reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that, while the bagels were well made and proper, they were not to my particular personal preference. They seem to be made with a bit darker, or whole wheat flour, or something like that. If you like that kind of a bread product, you might find these bagels to be excellent. The bagels are generally good and have been worth a 20 minute drive vs settling for supermarket or dunkin. But I picked up a bag today and when I got home was surprised to find some were over cooked especially the cinnamon crunch which was burnt.. I will go back there but will look at my bagels before driving home.
