Out of bagels at 11am

Closes at 1:30 and apparently you can tell the employees were ready to get out of there at 1:00. Ordered a Ruben and a Cuban and neither was toasted when asked if we wanted it toasted. The coleslaw was barely a forkful. Why even bother offering it? The Cuban was weird as the deli ham was rough chopped in half inch squares and the cheese was roughly chopped in chunks. There was too much mustard that we needed to scrape off. Their mustard expense must be through the roof. Both sandwiches were below average for the cost.

Their bagels are the best. Better than Dunkin donuts. I'll be back

This is poorly managed. Their business keeps declining resulting in shorter hours and bad service. I think their days are numbered.

Delicious bagels close to NJ/NY area taste I grew up loving. Delicious whitefish salad. Also bagels are larger and better made than Brueggers. Highly recommend. Good seating areas indoor outdoor with lots of light.

Very good bagels and sandwiches. Different types of yummy cream cheese and they even have coffee ice cubes!

The egg needs a bit more salt to the mix.Still good, but a bit more salt would make it better!

This is what I call Bagels. Great bagels and customer service at the NY bagel factory.

This took over the old Red Barn space. Maybe its new and the staff is new? It seems like everyone is just not organized. Everyone is not sure what they are doing. As for the bagels, well they are not bad, but nothing great to speak of either? There isn't much that stands out. You can get the same flavor of bagel from Panera. If you ask for a bagel with certain cream cheese, the cream cheese is piled and stuffed into the bagel, I guess thats NYC style? If you are into eating more cream cheese (and I mean ALOT MORE) than actual bagel then you would like this place.

The bagels were delicious and everyone was very friendly. I was looking at some cream cheese to take home and the women told me if I wanted veggie they would make me one fresh! Definitely coming back here again
