Quick service with a smile. Always greeted immediately when I walk in there and every one working there is pleasant and kind. They always nail my order with an uplifting note on my cup! ☺️ Not all Starbucks are created equal. This one is a great one!!

I’ve been a regular customer at this location for several years, stopping by every morning for a cappuccino before heading to work. However, since the recent change in management, the overall experience has significantly declined.
The quality of the drinks has become inconsistent — cappuccinos often taste no different from lattes, indicating a lack of proper preparation. When I’ve politely requested a remake, the staff have responded with visible frustration and poor attitude. I’ve reported these issues multiple times both to customer service and the in-store manager, but no meaningful changes have been made, and it doesn’t seem like the staff have received any additional training.
Under the previous management, even minor issues were handled with professionalism — they would offer a replacement, a complimentary drink, or a small gesture like a gift card to retain customer loyalty. Unfortunately, that level of customer care no longer exists here.
Given the current service standards, I can no longer recommend this location.

would absolutely never go back been a customer there every day for many years i even know some of the managers by name and after requesting a cup of ice and being denied that is the worst customer service just heads up dont ever ask for anything from here they will tell tou its corporate's that don't allow how do they still have any customers still going there!!

I met someone here and the coffee was good. Most people made app orders to go, but we wanted to talk. There really aren't enough tables for a meeting though and that's typically why I visit someplace for coffee. I did hear that the new CEO wants to convert it to the old way where it was a hangout, but we'll see.

Do not think beverages at Starbucks are worth half of the price they charge customers. Tasteless over roasted coffee that kills all the beauty of the beverage. Outragesly high prices for a few grams of coffee like burned liquid. No matter how nice and clean the shop is, the product lines are geared to enrich the executives of this company with multi million salaries rather than proposing a value to its customers.

Starbucks is always reliable. The customer service here is exceptional! They genuinely greet everyone that comes in. They were so busy but we got our drinks very fast.
I love going to eat Egg and Beacon bite, and coffee! Sometimes I go with a friend and her children and we sit at the big table they have to wait and eat our order. They gave us a cold drink instead of hot, and they gave us the cold one

Struggling a bit this morning…….no venti cups and a new barista on the register, not a big deal but didn’t seem like anyone was ready to help her as the line grew. Stopped by from out of town and went to this location because of their rating…..probably a one off situation but I don’t think they are the best in the area.
