maybe hiring people who are able to read would be a good start. ordered tomato sauce pasta yet i got alfredo. boyfriend caught the mess up before leaving, would’ve been fine but when i opened the new pasta there’s barely any red sauce like wow that’s some great looking pasta love it 😑😑

Used the app cause I'm dog sitting for the weekend and Filipe made some killer food seriously some great stuff for 4th of July and Silverio was fast polite and very well kept up to y'all's dress code I remember it by heart cause use to work for y'all's thank you for a awesome 4th of July dinner n have a wonderful year guys

We order Often From DOMINO'S BUT THIS WAS A DISASTER!!!

HORRIBLE!!! They don't allow us not even to gave them the bad review!!! The delivery guy literally left the food outside the building when the order it supposed to be delivered to the 2nd Floor

Then when I called to complain and wanted to speak with a supervisor the person literally said just for some chicken?!?

Then they gave me the wrong phone number to complain on purpose!!! That is 508-520-1000!!! Take those clowns from there!!! Personnel need to be fired including sup or manager in this store in Southbridge MA!!!!

And YES!!! We figured out how to send a review even if you blocked us from it!!!

Horrible!! They left the order on the wrong building we had to go and go and get our food ourselves AGAIN!!!!! They didn't place chicken in the chicken parmesan was only sauce and cheese!!!!! I called and they don't pick up the phone so I need to call directly the supervisor, they gave me attitude!!! And this crap is the 3rd time it happens!!! I don't know what it's going on there but since the last year the service and the quality is in decline!! Please corporate do something!! I took pictures of the sause with some cheese on the chicken parmesan and no chicken!! And on the mango habanero wings they are using Tabasco sauce when is habanero no Tabasco!!! PLEASE SEND SOME IMMEDIATELY!!

In my last orders, my food arrived between 65 and 95 minutes cold and dry. I called them many times to ask about my order, they kept answering the phone and hanging up on me. When I reached them, they made unnecessary comments like they didn't have anyone to take the order, it was late, and hung up on me. I don't know what kind of a business this is, but I think employers should be careful about who they employ and what the customers want.
