These people can’t read. They can’t read the labels they put on their own cups. They can’t read the labels on their bottles to refill the machines. There is always raspberry flavor put where the coconut goes. I’m convinced 75% of employees over there don’t speak any English because everything is always wrong and yet the order was correctly written on the cup. Also the manager is confrontational and has trouble keeping certain lids in stock and likes to double charge for cold foam. I have changed my entire morning routine to avoid this dunkins I suggest you do the same.
Save your money take the extra 5 minutes to go to the dunkins in Sturbridge by Kahula and you’ll have a chance at getting something drinkable.

You need to get an entirely new staff in this place. Absolutely rude, cursing at customers. Whoever owns this place clearly doesn't care who they hire as long as they make their money. Corporate will indeed be contacted about this experience. It's one thing to have a bad day, but it's another thing when you take it out on your customers. Someone's gonna say something to the wrong person one day and find out they aren't who they thought they were!

Went in to get my food. The place wasn’t that clean. The woman taking orders at the register was beyond miserable. She was starring off into space. Was throwing receipts around. She was not having a good morning and was making sure everyone around her knew it. The one and only upside was the younger guy who handed me my coffee. He seemed to be running the place. Making sure everything got done. He was friendly and ready to work.
At 12:27 PM on September 14, 2024, I went to the Dunkin' Donuts restaurant located at 419-423 Main St, Southbridge, MA 01550, to get food and coffee. While waiting for my order, I observed one of the employees with a dog inside the restaurant, specifically behind the counter near the kitchen area. This struck me as highly unsanitary, particularly given the strict hygiene standards that should be maintained in food preparation and serving areas. Having an animal in such a space raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.

For the last year I have kept trying to give this Dunkin’ a chance due to it being conveniently located. After yesterday, I am done. I’d rather travel further out or make my coffee at home. No hello, good morning, just nasty attitude when you smile at the workers or say thank you. They just stand there at the drive thru clearly annoyed that you ordered there and then don’t even respond to polite manners. Sorry you have a job, sorry you have to work. If someone is being polite to you, why does that piss you off? And what’s crazy is it wasn’t even during the busy hours where I can see maybe feeling a little flustered or overwhelmed. If you hate working so much, quit so then us customers who are spending our HARD EARNED money don’t need to be contributing to nasty workers who clearly hate working. They also poorly make lattes with so much whole milk I should just order milk from them instead. When I go to call and complain, the phone number is always busy. This Dunkin should be shut down.
