Went in to get my food. The place wasn’t that clean. The woman taking orders at the register was beyond miserable. She was starring off into space. Was throwing receipts around. She was not having a good morning and was making sure everyone around her knew it. The one and only upside was the younger guy who handed me my coffee. He seemed to be running the place. Making sure everything got done. He was friendly and ready to work.

At 12:27 PM on September 14, 2024, I went to the Dunkin' Donuts restaurant located at 419-423 Main St, Southbridge, MA 01550, to get food and coffee. While waiting for my order, I observed one of the employees with a dog inside the restaurant, specifically behind the counter near the kitchen area. This struck me as highly unsanitary, particularly given the strict hygiene standards that should be maintained in food preparation and serving areas. Having an animal in such a space raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.

For the last year I have kept trying to give this Dunkin’ a chance due to it being conveniently located. After yesterday, I am done. I’d rather travel further out or make my coffee at home. No hello, good morning, just nasty attitude when you smile at the workers or say thank you. They just stand there at the drive thru clearly annoyed that you ordered there and then don’t even respond to polite manners. Sorry you have a job, sorry you have to work. If someone is being polite to you, why does that piss you off? And what’s crazy is it wasn’t even during the busy hours where I can see maybe feeling a little flustered or overwhelmed. If you hate working so much, quit so then us customers who are spending our HARD EARNED money don’t need to be contributing to nasty workers who clearly hate working. They also poorly make lattes with so much whole milk I should just order milk from them instead. When I go to call and complain, the phone number is always busy. This Dunkin should be shut down.

Been a lot of years since I've been to a Dunkin' Donut and can say aa lot is the same but a lot changed...mainly that there's a whole lot more to choose from besides donuts! I was impressed by the coconut donut because I haven't heard of one before and was pleased. Very Good coffee. Would give better rating but believe that when there are specials and need certain requirements, they should tell you before buying it - not after realizing you were over charged by the receipt. Or, they should make the mistake good, they did neither and cashier basically said it wasn't her problem. I still recommend the food.

Every time we go to this Dunkin, we have to go to the East Main St one after to get the order fixed. Drink always wrong, bacon always cold or half a serving.

The level of incompetence and inefficiency at this Dunkin’ was ridiculous. The girl/female working the hot food prep was rude and totally inefficient. She messed up our hash brown order (gave us 4 bags instead of the 5 we ordered). I saw her put in 4 bags instead of 5, and when I got her attention, I told her. Our other hot food was in the bag … waiting. She had two orders of hash brown coming out of the oven on top at that time and she put in one order of hash browns on the bottom oven. Rather than giving me one of the ready orders so that I could leave (since she screwed up my order to begin with), she proceeded to work on filling 2 other orders with hash browns first. She made we wait until the other orders were done… even though they were ordered after me and her screw up made ME have to wait, food getting cold. I called her on this and she got belligerent and dismissive. No doubt embarrassed because she screwed up… but completely unapologetic and incapable of recognizing the easy and appropriate fix. I get it, she didn’t seem very bright so I was patient while she filled the first order of hash browns … but when I asked her to give me the next order of hash browns so that I could finally leave with my food… she got all defensive and rude. How about fixing the mistake you made before moving on and being dismissive? This Dunkin’ was a disgrace to the Dunkin’ name. We are all dumber for having to have witnessed such blatant stupidity. Zero stars awarded to this Dunkin’ and may God have mercy on your soul.

The people working there are nice. The coffee is mid at best. everytime I ordered off the menu I didnt like it and my iced coffee always had sugar at the bottom of my drinks and hated it but you can ask for liquid sugar and i wasnt aware. I got a drink off of pinterest that didnt require sugar and started ordering that instead and it was fine. The food is.... not good. All in all i would recommend you go to a local coffee shop, thats what I do, its so much better and support small businesses!!
