Pulled this place up on Yelp, looking for a local diner, and not someplace with a drive through. The grill is right behind the counter; watch the line cooks as they prepare your food. Lots of locals at the counter, eating breakfast and lunch at noon. Quick, pleasant to respond counter service from the waitress, like she has probably been working here for decades. She knows everyone, and apparently their typical orders as well. I ordered the Florentine Benedict and stuffed French toast; raspberry sauce filled. Probably more food than I need, but after several days of road food at service islands, I won't mind getting full on some home cooking. Watching the cook as he prepares the poached eggs for my Benedict. Nicely done. Servings are huge. Didn't need to order the French toast. Both look and taste great. My word...huge meal. Well worth the stop, and the drive off the interstate to get here. Conversing with the locals about the weather and the world.

Never disappoints . Plenty of options for food . Food always comes to the table hot . We usually go for the breakfast side of the menu and always leave with a takeaway because the portions are ( for us ) huge .

Best breakfast in town, I recommend a Benedict. Such an incredible staff, I feel so welcomed when I open the door. My favorite thing is to pop at the counter! If there's ever a wait time, they give you a pager and you can wait cozy in your car. Would recommend to anyone.

Stopped in on a road trip with my daughter and found this hidden gem. The waitstaff were so kind and attentive, they knew most of the patrons by name and made us feel equally as welcome. The food was the epitome of great quality comfort food with diner favorites and unique specials. Food came out so quick thanks to the great cook staff and the space was warm, clean and welcoming all around. An amazing spot!

Great place for breakfast, large portions, one of the thickest pancakes I have ever eaten probably one inch thick! Bring your appetite, most people probably can't finish a single pancake.The home fries were hot and delicious and seasoned well. All in all a great place for hungry people with big appetites. Friendly and attentive wait staff.

Lots of vegetarian options. We built our own omelettes with sides of home fries and hash browns. Omelettes were very large (we both had leftovers), fluffy and stuffed with cheese & freshly sautéed veggies. Highly recommend the side of Texas toast which are large, soft pieces served golden and buttery. The service was beyond friendly and food was prepared quickly and fresh / made-to-order. Absolutely our new go-to breakfast / lunch spot when in the area.
