Horrible Service I’m beyond Shocked at how the Staff treats ppl here! I came out to eat with my kids (One Being Autistic) we sit down I Instantly ask if they have Chicken Nuggets and Fries (cause that’s all my autistic kid eats) they say they don’t so I told her I’d like a order of fries or would like to just buy a Take out plate for him with just fries and Jello! She says she can’t sell me a plate for my son to eat inside with us unless it’s from the buffet! I told her I have my family hear we’re all eating from the buffet and explained my sons condition so explained id rather just pay for a plate then to pay for the whole buffet of stuff he dosnt eat she said it didn’t matter to her that they can’t satisfy everybody Horrible Service Wouldn’t give this place not even 1 Star!! And the fact that they could carless about special needs ppl is Beyond me!!! Do Better Empire Buffet

My wife and I stopped in here about 3:30 p...m. on New Years Eve. It was crowded and busy but we were seated immediately. This is a buffet restaurant and during our entire visit, the staff kept refreshing the buffet line. Theer never was a time when any item ran out or got cold. The food was delicious and the service great. My wife has leg problems and has trouble getting out of the booth so when a staff member saw me helping my wife, she came over and assisted me with her. The total bill for the both of us was only $45,00 so for NYE, it was very reasonable. A completely enjoyable visit.

I love everything about Empire, from the quality of the food, the family vibe, and how the staff always have a smile. I highly appreciate that this restaurant doesn't sell alcohol, which makes the food much better than if I was sipping a mai tai and couldn't tell if the quality was good or not.

A real hidden gem. We travel through the area four times a year and found this spot on our last trip. Food was great, service was excellent and real value for the price. Staff were continually replenishing dishes, and cleaning up and we will return.

I go with a group of women, once a month for dinner. We are treated very nicely and the waitstaff has been very nice and attentive. The food is continually being brought out and is really good. I would definitely recommend this place
The service is really bad and the dinner time is a scam. After 3:30 it is dinner time whether you have taken the dinner food or not. This is totally wrong and a scam. We need to report to town and let town manager or someone who is in charge to talk to those guy.

Very good buffet. Yes, it is small, but every dish was delicious. Shrimp cooked to perfection. Excellent fried rice, spring rolls, egg rolls, soups, sugar biscuits, mushrooms, coconut chicken,(better than any coconut shrimp I've ever had), boneless ribs, crab ragoons, green beans and five ice creams (and other items) for dessert.

The absolute BEST Chinese buffet in Central Massachusetts! We have been loyal customers for over 10 years. They have watched our son grow up through the years. We look forward to our our weekly visits. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food quality is top notch and the restaurant is super clean. It's spotless. Empire Buffet is the cornerstone of the community and we're so happy they have enjoyed so much success. They deserve it!
