We were a band of 6 people playing a show in town and needed a pre performance dinner. This place was so accommodating and the food really hit the spot. Delicious fish n’ chips, tasty salmon and the best fried oysters. Our service went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Great beer selection too. A hidden gem! Would go there again if we ever found ourselves in town.

Does it get any better? This has become a regular for us once a week. The service is outstanding! (Ask for Tara) but all servers are really good! After six visits, we have always had a great meal. The menu hasn’t changed in that time which is why I believe they have mastered each dish. They do have weekly specials, so no chance of getting bored. Our favorites are the salmon, pecan crusted haddock and seafood fra diavolo. The calamari is cooked perfectly! No rubber bands here! The bread basket is served with an olive tampenade which is incredible. This is one place where I can say that I don’t think you will be disappointed.

On a dark and rainy night, we passed through Southbridge, Massachusetts and took refuge at the Fin and Tales. It was almost deserted, although a grand celebration was going on in the back. Service was really great, the atmosphere lovely rustic, and the menu nothing short of mouthwatering. Good beer and wine selection, too.Following bread with butter and an olive tapenade, my son had his usual cheeseburger (Angus), wife had a nice salad with shrimp, and I savoured a poached haddock stuffed with crab. Everything was beautifully presented, well seasoned and very tasty. Well worth the excursion to Southbridge!

In my humble opinion this restaurant is a hidden gem. I have never had a bad meal there and the service is always impeccable. I like the atmosphere, there's something about exposed brick that just makes a meal taste better. I always gravitate towards seafood and I've never once been disappointed. The restaurant belongs to a hard-working family that I've had the chance to get to chat with. They are very appreciative of their patrons. If you're looking for a great restaurant that serves All American food and won't break the bank this is the place to go. Used to be my favorite restaurant in the area and raved about it- but the last few times have been a complete miss for us - no flavor to the food anymore. It's been quite some time and we keep giving it a chance again (thinking it's just a chef that's off their game, maybe they'll get the picture) but it has yet to come back to flavor. I gave it 3 stars for food quality, the service and atmosphere but the food had no flavor and I cant act like im hasty and this is a first time, its not- theres consistently been no seasoning/sauce flavor in things like the steak, potatoes, shrimp, asparagus, mushrooms etc. I hope they pull it back together because this is unfortunate to write this, and has taken me a period of time to leave anything negative
