Food was amazing. They cook per order it’s not all cooked prior what so ever. They got someone’s abuela up in the kitchen cooking straight fire. The shrimp were not only amazingly flavored but also cooked to perfection, the texture was unbelievable. We found this place by accident and we are so glad we did! The owner helped us through the menu (language barrier) and suggested food for us to try. We did the mini sampler, as well as the pork/rice/beans meal. The pork was the star! So good! Everything was delicious and much of the food we have never had before. We pulled off the highway desperate for dinner; Google led us here and... Wow.We simply asked the server what she would recommend, she directed us to mofongo and chicken.This food sings. Mostly it sings about garlic :-)I entered tired, apprehensive, ground down; I left energized, enraptured, and ready to face the road.
